2011年

3月19日March 19

中歐班列首發(fā)?！坝逍職W”國際鐵路聯(lián)運班列載著惠普在重慶生產的電子產品，從重慶團結村出發(fā)，開行16天，順利抵達德國杜伊斯堡。

The first China-Europe Railway Express train was dispatched. The “Yuxinou (Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe)” International Railway train carrying electronic products produced by HP in Chongqing departed from Tuanjie Village, Chongqing, and arrived in Duisburg, Germany 16 days later.

2012年

8月1日August 1

“渝新歐”國際貨運班列沿線國家海關便捷通關監(jiān)管研討會成功召開。中國、俄羅斯、德國、比利時等國海關達成共識：擴大“渝新歐”班列宣傳，進一步簡化通關流程，實行監(jiān)管互助原則。

The Seminar on Supervision of Convenient Customs Clearance of Countries along the Yuxinou International Railway was convened. The customs offices of China, Russia, Germany, Belgium and other countries reached a consensus on catalyzing the publicity of the Yuxinou freight trains, further simplifying the customs clearance process, and implementing the principle of mutual supervision and assistance.

武漢-捷克首趟中歐班列試運行，打通了武漢本地產品直接出口歐洲的快捷經濟運輸大通道。

The first China-Europe Railway Express train from Wuhan to Czech Republic was put into trial operation, opening up a fast and economical transportation channel for the direct export of local products from Wuhan to Europe.

2013年

“渝新歐”（德國杜伊斯堡-重慶）班列迎來了首趟回程試驗班列，實現(xiàn)了所有中歐班列中回程貨“零的突破”。

The first inbound train of “Yuxinou” for test (Duisburg, Germany-Chongqing) arrived, which was also the first inbound China-Europe Railway Express train.

4月26日April 26

中歐班列“蓉歐快鐵”首發(fā)，從成都青白江直達波蘭羅茲，開拓了四川內陸地區(qū)對外開放新路徑。

The first China-Europe Railway Express train (Chengdu-Europe Express) was destined from Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu to Lodz, Poland, opening up a new path for Sichuan, an inland province of China, to embrace the outside world.

7月18日July 18

中歐班列（鄭州-漢堡）首趟班列正式開通。

The first China-Europe Railway Express train (Zhengzhou-Hamburg) was officially put into operation.

3月29日March 29

中國國家主席習近平到德國杜伊斯堡港參觀，并觀看重慶至杜伊斯堡港的“渝新歐”班列到達。

Chinese President Xi Jinping visited the Port of Duisburg, Germany, and witnessed the arrival of the “Yuxinou” freight train from Chongqing.

8月14日August 14

首屆中歐班列國內協(xié)調會議在渝召開。重慶、成都、鄭州、武漢、蘇州、義烏等6地代表圍繞國內中歐班列的品牌標志、運輸組織、全程價格、服務標準、經營團隊、協(xié)調平臺“六統(tǒng)一”，以及強化機制和裝備保障達成共識。

The first China-Europe Railway Express Domestic Coordination Meeting was convoked in Chongqing. Representatives from Chongqing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Wuhan, Suzhou, and Yiwu reached consensus on unifying the brand logo, transportation organization, whole-journey price, service standards, operation team, and coordination platform of China-Europe Railway Express trains in China, and strengthening guarantees on mechanisms and equipment.

9月26日September 26

中國國家主席習近平在會見西班牙時任首相拉霍伊時表示，“義新歐”鐵路計劃從浙江義烏出發(fā)，抵達終點馬德里，中方歡迎西方積極參與建設和運營，共同提升兩國經貿合作水平。同年11月18日，首趟中歐班列“義新歐”從義烏出發(fā)。

Chinese President Xi Jinping said in a meeting with the then Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy that the “Yixinou (Yiwu-Xinjiang-Europe)” freight train is scheduled to depart from Yiwu, Zhejiang to Madrid. China welcomes the active engagement of Spain in construction and operation of the railway to enhance the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. On November 18 of the same year, the first China-Europe Railway Express train of “Yixinou” set out from Yiwu.

2015年

《推動共建絲綢之路經濟帶和21世紀海上絲綢之路的愿景與行動》發(fā)布。文中提及“建立中歐通道鐵路運輸、口岸通關協(xié)調機制，打造‘中歐班列’品牌，建設溝通境內外、連接東中西的運輸通道”。

The

Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road

was issued. It incorporates “establishing a coordination mechanism for railway transportation and customs clearance between China and Europe, creating the brand of China-Europe Railway Express, and building transportation channels that connect China and other countries, and link eastern, central and western regions of China.”

2016年

中歐班列(石龍-杜伊斯堡)從廣東東莞石龍站出發(fā)，19天后到達德國杜伊斯堡，這是當前中國運距最長的中歐班列，全程13488公里。

The China-Europe Railway Express train (Shilong-Duisburg) set off from Shilong Station in Dongguan, Guangdong and arrived in Duisburg, Germany 19 days later, with the longest haul distance of 13,488 km among China-Europe Railway Express trains.

4月15日April 15

全國中歐班列平臺聯(lián)盟在新疆成立，共同發(fā)布《中歐國際貨運班列聯(lián)盟新疆宣言》。

The China-Europe International Freight Class Column Alliance was founded in Xinjiang, and the Xinjiang Declaration of China-Europe International Freight Class Column Alliance was issued.

6月8日June 8

中歐班列統(tǒng)一品牌正式發(fā)布啟用。統(tǒng)一品牌和標識的中歐班列當日分別從重慶、成都、鄭州、武漢等八地始發(fā)。20日，中國國家主席習近平同波蘭總統(tǒng)杜達在華沙共同出席統(tǒng)一品牌中歐班列首達歐洲(波蘭)儀式。

The family brand of China-Europe Railway Express was officially rolled out. The China-Europe Railway Express trains with the family brand and the same logo respectively departed from eight places including Chongqing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, and Wuhan on the same day. On the 20th, Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda attended the Ceremony on the First China-Europe Block Train under the Family Brand China Railway Express Arriving in Poland/Europe held in Warsaw.

推進“一帶一路”建設工作領導小組辦公室印發(fā)《中歐班列建設發(fā)展規(guī)劃(2016-2020年)》，全面部署2016-2020年5年間中歐班列建設發(fā)展任務，這是中歐班列建設發(fā)展的首個頂層設計。

The Office of the Leading Group for Promoting the Belt and Road Initiative issued the

Construction and Development Planning of China-Europe Railway Express (2016-2020),

which fully sets out the tasks for the construction and development of China-Europe Railway Express in the next five years. This marks the first top-level design for the construction and development of China-Europe Railway Express.

2017年

4月20日April 20

中國、白俄羅斯、德國、哈薩克斯坦、蒙古、波蘭、俄羅斯七國鐵路部門正式簽署《關于深化中歐班列合作協(xié)議》。該協(xié)議被納入第一屆“一帶一路”國際合作高峰論壇成果清單。

The railway authorities of China, Belarus, Germany, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Poland, and Russia officially signed the

Agreement on Deepening Cooperation on China-Europe Railway Express.

The Agreement was included in the list of achievements of the first Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation.

5月1日May 1

5月1日起，開往德、法等國的中歐班列都可以使用統(tǒng)一運單，減少了重新填寫單據的時間，提高通關效率。

Since May 1, China-Europe Railway Express trains bound for Germany, France and other countries has used a unified waybill, which reduces the time to refill in the documents and improves the efficiency of customs clearance.

5月26日May 26

由中國鐵路總公司倡議，并與重慶、成都、鄭州、武漢等7家班列平臺公司共同發(fā)起的中歐班列運輸協(xié)調委員會在京成立。

Sponsored by China State Railway Group Co., Ltd. (CHINA RAILWAY) and initiated by seven China-Europe Railway Express platform companies in Chongqing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou and Wuhan and other cities, the CRE Transport Coordination Committee was established in Beijing.

由中國、白俄羅斯、德國、哈薩克斯坦、蒙古、波蘭、俄羅斯等國家的鐵路公司成立的中歐班列運輸聯(lián)合工作組召開第一次會議，進一步深化中歐班列國際合作。19日，工作組共同簽署《中歐班列運輸聯(lián)合工作組第一次會議紀要》。

一列滿載汽車、五金配件的中歐班列“長安號”由霍爾果斯口岸出境，這是中歐班列首次經霍爾果斯出境。

A China-Europe Railway Express (Chang’an) train full of cars and hardware fittings left China from Khorgos, becoming the first China-Europe Railway Express train to leave the country from this port.

12月20日December 20

中歐班列首次嘗試集拼集運的新運輸方式，由成都出發(fā)，經烏魯木齊集結中心駛向荷蘭南部城市蒂爾堡。該運輸方式全面提升中歐班列運載量，降低運行成本。

China-Europe Railway Express tried for the first time the new transport mode of consolidation, with a train departing from Chengdu to Tilburg, a southern city of the Netherlands, via Urumqi Assembly Center. This mode of transport can comprehensively improve the carrying capacity and reduce the operating cost of China-Europe Railway Express.

中歐班列累計開行數量達到10000列，為擴大共建“一帶一路”倡議的影響力產生了巨大的示范與品牌效應。

The cumulative number of China-Europe Railway Express trains’ arrivals and departures reached 10,000, which created a great demonstration and brand effect for expanding the influence of co-building the Belt and Road Initiative.

中歐班列建設現(xiàn)場會暨專題協(xié)調會在渝召開，國家發(fā)展改革委副主任寧吉喆強調中歐班列各線路要遵循市場發(fā)展規(guī)律，著力在完善體制機制、營造良好發(fā)展環(huán)境、規(guī)范不良競爭上發(fā)力；要維護好中歐班列品牌的一致性，加強宣傳推廣，將中歐班列品牌打造成名副其實的“金字招牌”。

The On-site Meeting and Thematic Coordination Meeting on the Construction of China-Europe Railway Express was held in Chongqing. During the event, Ning Jizhe, Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission, stressed that all routes of China-Europe Railway Express should follow the laws of market development and focus on improving the institutional mechanism, creating a good development environment and regulating undesirable competition. They should also maintain the consistency of the China-Europe Railway Express brand, strengthen publicity and promotion, and make the brand a veritable “gilded signboard”.

2019年

一列滿載機械設備、服裝輕工和汽車配件的中歐班列，首次經綏芬河鐵路口岸出境，到達德國漢堡。

A China-Europe Railway Express train full of mechanical equipment, garments and auto spare parts departed the country via Suifenhe Railway Port for the first time and arrived at Hamburg, Germany.

“一帶一路”建設工作領導小組辦公室發(fā)表《共建“一帶一路”倡議：進展、貢獻與展望》報告。報告提及，中歐班列初步探索形成了多國協(xié)作的國際班列運行機制。

商務部印發(fā)《進一步發(fā)揮中歐班列作用應對新冠肺炎疫情做好穩(wěn)外貿穩(wěn)外資促消費工作的通知》，提出11條具體舉措和工作要求，發(fā)揮中歐班列戰(zhàn)略通道作用應對疫情影響。

The Ministry of Commerce issued the

Notice of Further Playing the Role of China-Europe Trains in Responding to the New Coronary Pneumonia Outbreak and Doing a Good Job in Stabilizing Foreign Trade, Stabilizing Foreign Investment, and Promoting Consumption

, and put forward 11 specific measures and requirements in a bid to play the role of China-Europe Railway Express strategic channel to deal with the impact of the epidemic.

6月5日June 5

國鐵集團對外公布，2020年5月，中歐班列累計開行1033列，同比增長43%，月開行量首次突破1000列，發(fā)送貨物9.3萬標箱，同比增長48%，月開行列數和發(fā)送量均創(chuàng)歷史新高。

CHINA RAILWAY announced that in May 2020, the number of arrivals ＆ departures of China-Europe Railway Express trains totaled 1,033, up 43%, which is the first time the monthly volume exceeded 1,000. A total of 93,000 TEUs of goods were transported, an increase of 48%. The monthly number of both arrivals ＆ departures and goods hit a new high.

11月18日November 18

由義烏、重慶、鄭州、西安等全國11個中歐班列運營平臺共同組貨的X8020次“跨境電商歐洲專列”在義烏西站啟程，奔赴比利時列日，這是全國開行的首列多省跨區(qū)域合作中歐班列，標志著中歐班列運營從百花齊放向融合共生的高質量發(fā)展邁出關鍵一步。

The No. X8020 “train to Europe for cross-border e-commerce”, carrying goods from 11 operation platforms in Yiwu, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Xi’an and other cities departed from Yiwu West Railway Station to Liege, Belgium. As the first train of China-Europe Railway Express featuring multiprovincial and cross-regional cooperation, it marks a key step of China-Europe Railway Express from independent operation in different regions to cooperation for harmonious development, coexistence and common prosperity.

12月December

2020年1至11月，中歐班列共開行11215列、102.4萬標箱，同比分別增長50%、56%,綜合重箱率98.4%。自3月以來，中歐班列連續(xù)9個月保持兩位數以上增長，自5月以來，連續(xù)7個月單月開行千列以上。

From January to November 2020, China-Europe Railway Express trains saw 11,215 arrivals ＆ departures with 1,024,000 TEUs, a rise of 50% and 56% respectively; among these trains, 98.4% fully loaded. Since March, China-Europe Railway Express has maintained double-digit growth for nine consecutive months, and since May, it has seen more than 1,000 arrivals ＆ departures in a single month for seven consecutive times.
