The China Space Conference 2021 opened in Nanjing,the capital of Jiangsu province on April 24,Space Day of China.

Themed as the“new start,new journey and new vision”,the four-day conference consisted of 30 events such as forums,science popularization and exhibitions,trying to create an international,professional,market-oriented exchange and cooperation platform that integrates forums,industrial events,frontier displays,event roadshows,along with cultural and creative experiences,comprehensively demonstrating space technology,while exploring the future vision of space,and promoting indepth space cooperation in the world.

At the opening ceremony,Chinese researchers announced the most challenging subjects for space science and technology in 2021.During the conference,academicians from China and abroad discussed their space strategic visions and overall plans,the development of frontier and key technology,and high-level opening up and cooperation,as well as important issues such as the explorations from the Earth to the moon,to the solar system boundary,proposing the creation of the cislunar space ecosystem pursue the vision of a community with a shared future for mankind.(YU Weishu/Aerospace China)
