摘要:煉油含鹽污水采用預(yù)處理、生化處理、深度處理流程,污水在預(yù)處理單元實(shí)現(xiàn)除油、去除部分懸浮物和均質(zhì)調(diào)節(jié),達(dá)到生化單元進(jìn)水水質(zhì)要求;在生化單元通過厭氧水解酸化、A/O/O工藝,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)煉油含鹽污水中難降解物質(zhì)的小分子化、提高可生化性以及硝化、反硝化作用去除總氮;深度處理單元通過高效沉淀、反硝化、臭氧催化及生化協(xié)同作用進(jìn)一步除去煉油含鹽污水中存留的污染物質(zhì),提高出水水質(zhì)。

Practice and Operation Optimization of Salt Wastewater Treatment in Oil Refining

Abstract: The process of pretreatment, biochemical treatment and advanced treatment is adopted for refinery saline wastewater. Oil removal, partial suspended solids removal and homogenization adjustment are realized in the pretreat? ment unit to meet the inlet water quality requirements of biochemical unit. Anaerobic hydrolysis and acidification and A/O/O processes are adopted in the biochemical unit. The advanced treatment unit can further remove the remaining pollutants in the refinery saline wastewater by means of high efficiency precipitation, denitrification, ozone catalysis and biochemical synergy, so as to improve the effluent quality.

近年來,政府對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)工作的重視和公眾對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)注程度逐漸提高,國(guó)家對(duì)三廢排放管理更加嚴(yán)格。黃河作為中華民族的母親河,其生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)更加受到重視,隨著《黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要》發(fā)布,黃河流域生態(tài)保護(hù)和高質(zhì)量發(fā)展上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。地方政府積極行動(dòng),出臺(tái)大保護(hù)大治理大提升治水興水行動(dòng)方案,提出以黃河干流等為重點(diǎn),實(shí)施水域環(huán)境大保護(hù)大治理,實(shí)施污水回用等目標(biāo)任務(wù)。某石化公司地處黃河岸邊,必須根據(jù)國(guó)家和地方要求,進(jìn)一步加大環(huán)保治理力度,提高污水回用率,做好節(jié)水減排,提高污染物去除效率。公司在煉油結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整項(xiàng)目中規(guī)劃新建450 m3/h含鹽污水處理廠對(duì)煉油污水實(shí)施分質(zhì)處理,提升煉油污水處理能力和處理深度,將公司煉油污水處理規(guī)模擴(kuò)建至1 000 m3/h。
某石化公司煉油污水處理廠處理工藝主要由隔油、浮選、生化、膜生物反應(yīng)器(Membrane Bio-Reactor, MBR)、活性炭等構(gòu)成。……
