高層幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工技術(shù)研究

摘要：某高層幕墻鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程安裝精度要求高，構(gòu)件分揀數(shù)量大，鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程焊接復(fù)雜，組織與協(xié)調(diào)難度大。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題開展研究，提出相應(yīng)的施工對(duì)策，并根據(jù)工程情況進(jìn)行交通運(yùn)輸安排和吊具選型，針對(duì)兩個(gè)典型部位的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行施工技術(shù)分析，明確施工方案和施工順序，順利解決了工程難題。

Research on Construction Technology of High-Rise Curtain Wall Steel Structure Project

Abstract： A high-rise curtain wall steel structure project requires high installation accuracy， a large number of com？ ponents are sorted， the welding of the steel structure project is complicated， and the organization and coordination are difficult. Research on the above problems is carried out， corresponding construction countermeasures are put forward， and transportation arrangements and spreader selection are carried out according to the project conditions， the con？ struction technology is analyzed for the steel structure of two typical parts， the construction plan and construction se？ quence are clarified， and the engineering problems are smoothly solved.

某高層西南入口部位鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的平面尺寸為17.2 m×14.7 m，結(jié)構(gòu)為由方矩管組成的單層平面桁架，結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)通過(guò)銷軸和埋件高為5.570～20.000 m，網(wǎng)格為4.7 m×2.0 m的長(zhǎng)方形。其與混凝土連接，材質(zhì)為Q235B，表面進(jìn)行氟碳噴涂。桁架主桿是規(guī)格為350 mm×100 mm×10 mm的鋼方通，次桿是規(guī)格為100 mm×100 mm×6 mm的鋼方通，總質(zhì)量約為22.5 t。裙樓東北角采光頂部位鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的平面尺寸為23 m×26 m，是由方矩管組成的兩個(gè)交錯(cuò)單層平面桁架，結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)高為16.900～22.900 m，網(wǎng)格為2.0 m×1.4 m、2.3 m×1.1 m的三角形，鋼架底部通過(guò)銷軸與埋件連接，材質(zhì)為Q235B，先噴涂防火涂料，再對(duì)表面進(jìn)行氟碳噴涂。桁架主桿規(guī)格是300 mm×100 mm×10 mm方矩管，次桿是規(guī)格為200 mm×100 mm×8 mm、100 mm×100 mm×6 mm、80 mm×80 mm×5 mm鋼方通，總質(zhì)量約為37 t。西北角小采光頂部位鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的平面尺寸為25.5 m×8.8 m，結(jié)構(gòu)是由鋼方矩管組成的單層平面桁架，結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)高為11.500～16.900 m，網(wǎng)格為2.1 m×1.4 m的三角形，底部及頂部通過(guò)銷軸與埋件連接，材質(zhì)為Q235B，表面進(jìn)行氟碳噴涂。桁架主桿是規(guī)格為300 mm×100 mm×8 mm鋼方通，次桿是規(guī)格為100 mm×50 mm×5 mm鋼方通，總質(zhì)量約為14 t。中央采光頂部位鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的平面尺寸為30 m×17.6 m，結(jié)構(gòu)為由箱形梁組成的單層平面桁架，結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)高為18.300～19.255 m，網(wǎng)格為2.2 m×1.4 m的三角形，主鋼架底部通過(guò)銷軸與埋件連接，材質(zhì)為Q235B，先噴涂防火涂料，再對(duì)表面進(jìn)行氟碳噴涂。……
