摘要:在工民建施工中,混凝土澆筑技術(shù)屬于重要工藝。建筑物數(shù)量與規(guī)模的持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,相應(yīng)地提升了人們的物質(zhì)生活水平,促使人們更加重視建筑的安全性與穩(wěn)定性。加強(qiáng)暖通澆筑質(zhì)量,有利于維護(hù)工民建施工質(zhì)量。在基坑工程施工中,開(kāi)始廣泛應(yīng)用加筋水泥地下連續(xù)墻(Soil Mixing Wall,SMW)工法樁,維護(hù)基坑施工質(zhì)量與安全。分析SMW工法樁在建筑基坑施工中的應(yīng)用,以供參考。

Analysis on Technology of Concrete Pouring in Industrial and Civil Construction

Abstract: In the construction of industrial and civil buildings, concrete pouring technology is an important process. The number and scale of buildings continue to expand, and the material living standard is improved accordingly. People pay more attention to building safety and stability, and strengthen the HVAC pouring quality, so as to main? tain the construction quality of industrial and civil buildings. In the construction of industrial and civil buildings, we must attach great importance to the construction of foundation pit engineering. In the construction of foundation pit engineering, SMW construction method piles have been widely used to maintain the quality and safety of foundation pit construction. In this paper, the application of SMW construction method pile in building foundation pit construc? tion is mainly analyzed for reference only.

SMW工法樁又被稱(chēng)為加筋水泥地下連續(xù)墻技術(shù),多應(yīng)用于基坑工程。該技術(shù)主要利用特殊多軸深層攪拌機(jī)切散土體,在鉆頭前端將水泥漿注入土體內(nèi),利用攪拌頭反復(fù)混合攪拌水泥漿與原位土。應(yīng)用重疊搭接方式,確保在水泥土硬結(jié)之前插入H型鋼,將其作為應(yīng)力加強(qiáng)材料,進(jìn)而形成型鋼水泥土復(fù)合擋土墻。圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)擋土功能完成后,回收H型鋼再次使用。
1SMW工法樁特點(diǎn)
1.1對(duì)周邊環(huán)境影響小
施工操作時(shí)不會(huì)擾動(dòng)鄰近土體,也不會(huì)造成鄰近地面下沉、房屋傾斜、道路損壞等危害。SMW工法施工占地面積小,僅為其他工法的60%,能夠保護(hù)周邊建筑、地下管線(xiàn)、道路等。使用SMW工法施工時(shí),不會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量泥漿、殘土,有利于保護(hù)環(huán)境。
1.2成樁質(zhì)量高
SMW工法應(yīng)用三軸攪拌鉆機(jī),為中空葉片螺旋式鉆機(jī)。鉆進(jìn)土體時(shí),置換大量原狀土,通過(guò)高壓空氣壓入水泥漿,充分?jǐn)嚢杷嗤粒_保樁體無(wú)分層夾泥問(wèn)題。樁體內(nèi)插入H型鋼,H型鋼和水泥結(jié)合之后,會(huì)增加H型鋼翼緣厚度,進(jìn)一步提升樁體強(qiáng)度?!?br>
