摘要:建筑安裝工程給水排水施工環(huán)節(jié)煩瑣,一旦出現(xiàn)操作不當(dāng),就會埋下一系列質(zhì)量隱患,會對后續(xù)的應(yīng)用及維護(hù)帶來不便。所以,要合理把控給水排水管道施工的工藝要點(diǎn),使其契合人們對建筑項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。在給水排水施工期間,需要嚴(yán)格把關(guān)各個流程,確保整個系統(tǒng)的各子系統(tǒng)之間可以科學(xué)分配,進(jìn)而保證給水排水工程的施工質(zhì)量,從而延長建筑的應(yīng)用周期。

Analysis of Water Supply and Drainage Construction Technology of Building Installation Engineering

Abstract: The water supply and drainage construction of construction and installation engineering is cumbersome. Once improper operation occurs, it will induce a series of potential quality problems, which will bring inconvenience to the follow-up application and maintenance. Therefore, it is necessary to reasonably control the process points of water supply and drainage pipeline construction, so as to meet the people’s high standards for the quality of construc? tion projects. During the construction of water supply and drainage, it is also necessary to strictly control each process to ensure that the subsystems of the whole system can be distributed scientifically, so as to ensure the construction quality of water supply and drainage engineering, so as to prolong the application cycle of the building.

如今,建筑工程給排水施工質(zhì)量水平在很大程度上影響著建筑的應(yīng)用效果和運(yùn)作安全。伴隨建筑物種類的不斷豐富,要逐步優(yōu)化技術(shù),監(jiān)督建設(shè)安裝流程,以便全面發(fā)揮建筑物功能,推動我國建筑工程實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
1建筑給排水工程現(xiàn)存問題
1.1給排水管道材料不合理
在給排水工程中,施工材料的質(zhì)量高低在很大程度上影響著項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量。當(dāng)前,伴隨材料價(jià)格的不斷升高,原材料價(jià)格與日俱增,施工單位的施工成本也在上升。一些施工企業(yè)為了獲得更多的施工利潤,不重視管道施工質(zhì)量,使用缺乏質(zhì)量保障的工程建材,導(dǎo)致給排水工程存在較為嚴(yán)峻的安全隱患。
1.2施工技術(shù)水平亟待提升
在實(shí)際施工過程中,部分施工人員缺乏針對性的給排水施工培訓(xùn),也缺少專業(yè)的技師進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),更缺少操作手冊和質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范[1]。還有部分操作人員態(tài)度惡劣,無法牢牢遵循施工要求,難以保障整個工程的質(zhì)量。……
