摘要:煤礦開采中,隨著錨索支護技術的不斷發展與廣泛應用,對回采工作面中的沿空留巷頂板支護通過采煤來實現,不僅會造成材料浪費,而且會增加煤礦工作面開采的人工費用。對回采工作面留巷的巷道支護,掘進過程中直接采用錨索錨網聯合支護方式進行頂板支護,則具有較高的施工安全性,并且能夠有效節約煤礦開采的材料與人工費用。根據沿空留巷技術在煤礦開采中的應用和研究現狀,圍繞沿空留巷技術在煤礦工作面回采中的具體應用技術方案,結合實例進行研究和探析,以供參考。

Abstract: In coal mining, with the continuous development and wide application of anchor cable support technology, the roof support of gob retaining roadway in mining face is realized by coal mining, which will not only cause material waste, but also increase the labor cost of coal mining face, In the process of excavation, the combined support of an? chor cable and anchor mesh is directly used for roof support, which has higher construction safety, can effectively save the material and labor cost of coal mining, and has more prominent functions and advantages. According to the application and research status of gob retaining roadway technology in coal mining, to study and analyze the specific application technical scheme of gob retaining roadway technology in coal face mining, combined with examples for reference.

煤礦生產中,合理的技術應用不僅能夠有效減少煤炭資源的損失,還能促進開采工作面的回采率顯著提升,其回采率的提升幅度最高可達到30%。尤其是在一些容易發生自燃的煤層開采中,采用沿空留巷技術進行煤礦工作面掘進,能夠促進煤礦企業煤炭資源采出率的提高,實現煤礦礦井生產條件的改善,為煤礦企業的安全生產和經濟效益提升提供良好支持。隨著社會經濟的不斷發展和煤礦開采技術的不斷完善,未來一段時間,我國各行業領域對能源的生產與消費仍然會保持以煤為主的格局。在這種背景下,加強煤炭資源開采技術研究,以促進煤炭資源的合理開采與有效利用,不斷提高煤炭資源的回采率,降低煤炭資源在開采過程中的損失量,有助于推動我國煤礦行業的持續發展。……
