摘要:在礦井采區變電所高、低壓“雙回路”停電后,若無法及時恢復局部通風機的供電,則容易導致掘進工作面局部通風機停運而引發瓦斯聚集超限,嚴重威脅工作人員的人身安全。因此,為提高煤礦井下局部通風機供電的穩定可靠性,結合廠家研發的井下局部通風機多路輸出智能分級切換應急后備電源,解決了礦井采區變電所高、低壓“雙回路”停電后造成的局部通風機停運事故,能夠快速切換恢復掘進工作面局部通風機的供電,保證井下局部通風機正常運轉。

Abstract: After the high-voltage and low-voltage "double circuit" power failure of the substation in the mining area of the mine, the power supply of the local ventilator cannot be restored in time, resulting in the shutdown of the local ventilator in the heading face, resulting in gas accumulation exceeding the limit, which seriously threatens personal safety. Therefore, in order to improve the stability and reliability of the power supply of the underground local ventila? tor, combined with the underground multi output intelligent hierarchical switching emergency backup power supply of the local ventilator developed by the manufacturer, our mine has solved the shutdown accident of the local ventila? tor caused by the high and low voltage "double circuit" power failure of the substation in the mining area, and can quickly switch and restore the power supply of the local ventilator in the heading face, ensure the normal operation of underground local fan.

在煤礦生產中,“一通三防”工作是決定礦井安全生產的關鍵性因素。冀中能源峰峰集團大淑村礦掘進工作面采用“三專兩閉鎖”主、備雙局部通風機供風,供電電源分別取自采區變電所的不同母線段。正常情況下,主扇工作,備扇備用[1]。當主扇一路供電電源掉電后,備扇自動切換運行。即使如此,在礦井遇到自然災害及設備故障造成礦井采區變電所高、低壓“雙回路”停電后,若無法及時恢復局部通風機的供電,則容易導致掘進工作面局部通風機停運引起瓦斯聚集超限,嚴重威脅工作人員的人身安全。為提高煤礦井下局部通風機供電的穩定可靠性,在遇到礦井采區變電所高、低壓“雙回路”停電后,如何能快速切換恢復掘進工作面局部通風機的供電,防止瓦斯集聚超限,已經成為機電專業工作的重中之重?!?br>
