摘要:尼日利亞宗格魯水電站是由中國電力工程有限公司牽頭,與中國水電組成“CNEEC-SINOHYDRO”聯合體,采用設計、采購、施工總承包方式(Engineering Procurement Construction,EPC)進行建設的。電站廠房內共安裝4臺單機容量175 MW的立軸混流式水輪發電機組,全部由GE通用電氣水電設備(中國)公司供貨。本文主要介紹其首臺水輪發電機組(1#機)轉子現場安裝施工工藝。

Installation Technology of GE Generator Rotor in Zonglu Hydropower Station

Abstract: Zonglu Hydropower Station in Nigeria is a "CNEEC-SINOHYDRO" consortium led by China Power Engi? neering Co., Ltd. and Sinohydro, which is constructed by means of general contracting for design, procurement and construction (EPC). Four vertical shaft Francis turbine generator units with a single unit capacity of 175MW are in? stalled in the powerhouse of the power station, all of which are supplied by GE Hydropower Equipment (China). This paper mainly introduces the on-site installation and construction technology of the rotor of its first hydro generator unit (1# turbine).

宗格魯水電站1#~4#水輪發電機組由GE通用電氣水電設備(中國)公司設計制造。發電機轉子主要由圓盤支架、磁軛及磁極等部套組成。轉子支架為斜元件結構,由1個中心體和6瓣扇形斜支架在工地組焊成整體[1]。轉子中心體上端通過螺栓與上端軸相連,下端通過螺栓與推力頭及下端軸相連。轉子支架焊接、磁軛疊片及磁極掛裝等工作均在安裝間進行。
1發電機轉子結構及基本參數
發電機轉子外徑為11 954 mm,中心體外形尺寸為Φ2 520 mm×1 800 mm,磁軛高度為1 887 mm,磁軛疊片由厚度4 mm的高強度低合金鋼板激光切割制成。磁軛和轉子支架采用徑向、切向磁軛鍵連接結構,轉子磁軛在現場疊片完成后加溫熱套。磁軛徑向收縮力通過磁軛鍵、墊片及主立筋傳遞到轉子支架上;磁軛切向力通過磁軛副鍵、主鍵及主立筋傳遞到轉子支架上。磁軛鍵、主立筋各18個,轉子磁軛下方安裝有28塊制動環板,磁極上、下端裝有阻尼環。單臺機轉子磁極共計28對,磁極高度為1 967 mm。轉子引線絕緣等級為F級,轉子組裝完成后總質量約為427 t。……
