摘要:在石油開(kāi)采過(guò)程中,井下超聲電視成像測(cè)井儀可以直觀地觀察井壁和套管狀況。然而,井下工作環(huán)境存在鉆井液密度大、溫度高、壓力大等復(fù)雜狀況,容易引起測(cè)井時(shí)回波信號(hào)衰減嚴(yán)重、電視成像效果不佳等問(wèn)題。針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于LF398的超聲成像測(cè)井儀回波峰值檢測(cè)模塊。經(jīng)過(guò)電路設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)、實(shí)驗(yàn)與測(cè)試,基于LF398的峰值檢測(cè)模塊精確度高、成像效果佳、功耗低,優(yōu)點(diǎn)顯著,能準(zhǔn)確地提取回波信號(hào)的峰值幅度,達(dá)到了井下超聲成像測(cè)井儀對(duì)峰值檢測(cè)電路的要求,很好地完成了超聲成像測(cè)井儀的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理任務(wù)。

Design of Peak Detection Module of Ultrasonic Imaging Logging Tool Based on LF398

Abstract: In the process of oil exploitation, the downhole ultrasonic television imaging logging tool can be used to vi? sually observe the condition of borehole wall and casing. However, the downhole working environment has complex conditions such as high drilling fluid density, high temperature and high pressure, which leads to serious attenuation of echo signal and poor TV imaging effect during logging. To solve the above problems, this paper designs an echo peak detection module of ultrasonic imaging logging tool based on IF398. Through circuit design and development, experiment and test, it shows that the peak detection module based on IF398 has high accuracy, good imaging effect, low power consumption and significant advantages. It can accurately extract the peak amplitude of echo signal, which meets the requirements of downhole ultrasonic imaging logging tool for peak detection circuit, and completes the data acquisition and processing task of ultrasonic imaging logging tool.

隨著油氣勘探開(kāi)發(fā)向深部地層發(fā)展,測(cè)井儀器面臨著井下高比重鉆井液、高壓力、超高溫等復(fù)雜工況,測(cè)井技術(shù)存在成像效果不佳、使用性能差、功耗較大等問(wèn)題。為了使井下井壁的信息能夠更加直觀、完整、清晰、準(zhǔn)確地呈現(xiàn)在地面儀器上,隨著測(cè)井技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,測(cè)井儀器也朝著高精度、高集成度、低功耗的方向不斷地完善更新。因此,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)更加精確的峰值檢測(cè)模塊,實(shí)時(shí)、清晰、準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)微弱信號(hào)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)和采集是當(dāng)前測(cè)井儀器的開(kāi)發(fā)重點(diǎn)。以LF398集成芯片為主體,根據(jù)超聲成像測(cè)井儀回波信號(hào)采集特點(diǎn)的要求,對(duì)峰值檢測(cè)模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了超聲測(cè)井信號(hào)數(shù)字化成像的應(yīng)用[1]。
