境外媒體關注習近平在第七十六屆聯合國大會一般性辯論上的講話

中國國家主席習近平9月21日以視頻方式出席第七十六屆聯合國大會一般性辯論，發表題為《堅定信心 共克時艱 共建更加美好的世界》的重要講話。多家境外媒體對此予以高度關注和報道。

Xi Jinping， President of the People’s Republic of China， made a statement entitled Bolstering Confidence and Jointly Overcoming Difficulties to Build a Better World at the general debate of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly via video on September 21. Several foreign media outlets paid great attention to and reported on it.

習近平在約15分鐘的講話中，圍繞戰勝疫情、復蘇經濟、加強合作共贏的國際關系理念，以及完善全球治理四大主題，對參與大會的聯合國會員國元首和外交官闡述中國立場。應提升廣大發展中國家在國際事務中的代表性和發言權，在推動國際關系民主化和法治化方面走在前列，并且要平衡推進安全、發展、人權三大領域工作，制定共同議程，聚焦突出問題，重在采取行動，把各方對多邊主義的承諾落到實處。

In the 15-minute statement， Xi Jinping explained China’s standpoint to heads and diplomatists of member states of the United Nations present， around beating COVID-19， revitalizing the economy， promoting mutual respect and win-win cooperation in conducting international relations， and improving global governance. He said the UN should increase the representation and say of developing countries in international affairs and take the lead in advancing democracy and rule of law in international relations. The UN should advance， in a balanced manner， work in all the three areas of security， development and human rights. It should set common agenda， highlight pressing issues and focus on real actions， and see to it that commitments made by all parties to multilateralism are truly delivered.

習近平在講話中提出的全球發展倡議包括六項重點內容：堅持發展優先;堅持以人民為中心;堅持普惠包容;堅持創新驅動;堅持人與自然和諧共生;堅持行動導向。中方的倡議旨在重視全球發展，堅持發展優先。

The Global Development Initiative proposed by Xi Jinping includes the following six key elements： staying committed to development as a priority; staying committed to a people-centered approach; staying committed to benefits for all; staying committed to innovation-driven development; staying committed to harmony between man and nature; staying committed to results-oriented actions. According to the report， the Initiative aims to value global development and prioritize development.

Xi Jinping’s statement stressed， “Democracy is not a special right reserved to an individual country， but a right for the people of all countries to enjoy.” It reiterated China’s standpoint that it will support peace and development of countries around the world.
