摘 要:好氧顆粒污泥是一種污水處理新方法,具有沉降速度快和耐毒性等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。但是,好氧顆粒污泥存在培養(yǎng)周期長(zhǎng)、成熟顆粒易解體等問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致好氧顆粒污泥工業(yè)化推廣難以實(shí)施。本文重點(diǎn)闡述沉降速度、盛宴期/饑餓期條件、水力剪切力、有機(jī)負(fù)荷率、底物組成對(duì)好氧顆粒污泥培養(yǎng)的影響以及好氧顆粒污泥在處理廢水中的應(yīng)用。

Cultivation and Application status of Aerobic Granular Sludge

Abstract: Aerobic granular sludge is a new wastewater treatment method, which has the advantages of fast sedimentation rate and toxicity resistance.However, the aerobic granular sludge has some problems such as long incubation period and easy disintegration of mature particles, which makes it difficult to implement the industrialization promotion of aerobic granular sludge.In this paper, the effects of sedimentation rate, feast/starvation stage conditions, hydraulic shear force, organic loading rate and substrate composition on the cultivation of aerobic granular sludge and the application of aerobic granular sludge in wastewater treatment are described.

好氧顆粒污泥是由微生物自凝聚作用形成的一種特殊生物膜,具有生物量大和沉降速度快等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。好氧顆粒主要通過(guò)序批式反應(yīng)器進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。序列間歇式活性污泥法(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process,SBR)可以通過(guò)改變水力剪切力、沉降時(shí)間、污泥負(fù)荷、溫度、pH值、底物組成及間歇性飽食-饑餓喂養(yǎng)方式等促成污泥形成顆粒狀[1]。
1 好氧顆粒污泥的形成機(jī)理
通過(guò)對(duì)序批式反應(yīng)器造粒過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究發(fā)現(xiàn),基于沉降速度的選擇壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)活性污泥形成顆粒狀。選擇壓力是一種誘導(dǎo)微生物種群行為改變的壓力,其中沉降速度和盛宴期/饑餓期交替都屬于選擇壓力。此外,水力剪切力、胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,EPS)和絲狀細(xì)菌都在好氧顆粒的形成和穩(wěn)定方面發(fā)揮著重要作用[2]。
如圖1所示,好氧顆粒污泥形成一般分為4個(gè)步驟:①細(xì)胞的隨機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)和相互碰撞;②通過(guò)增加細(xì)胞表面疏水性增強(qiáng)初始可逆黏聚力;③胞外聚合物網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的不可逆聚集和增長(zhǎng);④剪切力的形態(tài)塑造[3]。
