摘 要:南京世茂G11商辦項目地處南京市中心,緊鄰已運營的地鐵2#線,基坑與地鐵最近水平距離為17.5 m。作為城市商業綜合體,它設置有4層地下室,開挖深度為23 m,主塔樓為300 m,大面筏板厚度為3.6 m,一次性澆筑總量為19 600 m3。結合“南京世茂G11商辦項目”超深基坑大體積混凝土施工實例,介紹了一種新型定型化組合溜管式澆筑施工技術。

Analysis on Construction Technology of Mass Concrete Chute Pouring for Ultra Deep Foundation Pit

Abstract: Nanjing Shimao G11 Commercial Office Project is located in the center of Nanjing, close to the operating subway 2# line. The nearest horizontal distance between the foundation pit and the subway is 17.5 m. As an urban commercial complex, it is equipped with a four storey basement with an excavation depth of 23 m, a main tower of 300 m, a large surface raft thickness of 3.6 m and a total amount of 19 600 m3 for one-time pouring. Combined with the construction example of mass concrete for ultra deep foundation pit of Nanjing Shimao G11 Commercial Office Project, this paper introduces a new type of finalized combined chute pouring construction technology.

1 工程背景
江蘇南京世茂G11商辦項目位于南京市建鄴區,基坑北側為集慶門大街,東臨云錦路,南側為幸福河,西側平行于江東中路和地鐵2#線區間運行隧道,基坑邊線距離地鐵區間隧道16~18 m。基坑占地4.5×10 m,為整體大底盤地下室,地下共4層,開挖深度約為23 m,基坑圍護采用地下連續墻+4道混凝土內支撐。
主塔樓高度為300 m,基礎采用樁基+筏板形式,面積約為5 000 m,筏板大面厚度為3.6 m,坑中達9.8 m,混凝土強度等級為C40P10,采用60 d強度作為驗收依據,一次性澆筑總量為19 600 m。
2 定型化工具式溜管設計
溜管腳手架采用單立桿3排腳手架,腳手架支設在上焊500 mm長鋼管的型鋼支架上。腳手架的立桿橫距為1.5 m,立桿縱距為1.5 m,橫桿步距為1.5 m。沿主溜管腳手架外立面滿打縱向剪刀撐,垂直于料槽方向每隔6 m滿打橫向剪刀撐[1]。按照1.0∶2.3的比例在腳手架中間一排立桿一側的小橫桿上搭設溜管,中間一排立桿上也搭設溜管,在中間一排立桿另一側的小橫桿上鋪設木跳板作為操作臺和人行通道,溜管具體效果如圖1所示。……
