摘? 要: 我國是煙花生產和消費大國,傳統煙花的主要成分是黑色火藥,在生產、運輸、儲存和燃放過程中危險性大,爆炸事故頻發,給社會造成很大的損失;同時傳統煙花燃放時效果單一,不能滿足特點場合的需求。金屬粉末在一定物理環境下可以實現燃燒,并可產生絢麗的色彩,如果以金屬粉末替代目前傳統的火藥作為煙花的燃放材料,通過可控的噴射裝置形成音樂煙花噴泉效果,具有不可估量的社會意義和廣闊的市場前景。但要實現金屬粉末的噴泉燃放,需要針對金屬粉末的燃燒控制方法、噴射裝備控制、音頻采集等技術開展理論和實驗研究。本文主要在燃放設備的新型機構、音頻采集、煙花機聯機智能控制等方面進行了探索和實驗研究。為煙花機的智能燃放提供控制基礎。

【Abstract】: China is a big country in the production and consumption of fireworks. The main component of traditional fireworks is black powder, which is dangerous during production, transportation, storage and discharge, and frequent explosion accidents cause great losses to the society. At the same time, the effect of traditional fireworks when they are discharged Single, can not meet the needs of characteristic occasions. Metal powder can be burned in a certain physical environment, and it can produce gorgeous colors. If metal powder is used to replace the current traditional gunpowder as a fireworks display material, the effect of music fireworks fountains can be formed by a controllable spray device. Significance and broad market prospects. However, in order to realize the fountain discharge of metal powder, theoretical and experimental research needs to be carried out on metal powder combustion control methods, injection equipment control, audio acquisition and other technologies. This paper mainly explores and experimentally studies the new mechanism of the discharge equipment, audio acquisition, and online intelligent control of the fireworks machine. Provide a control basis for the intelligent firing of firework machines.

“人間巧藝奪天工,煉藥燃燈清晝同。”這是元朝詞人趙孟頫的千古名詩《贈放煙火者》中描寫燃放煙花的熱鬧場景。煙花是燦爛的,它像一個不可思議的戲法師,把化學成分變換成五彩繽紛的火焰,給暗沉的天空繡上了一朵朵絢麗的花,為我們帶來勃勃生機。
放煙花是我國古老的民俗活動,早在唐代詩人蘇味道的《正月十五日》里就有記載:“火樹銀花”,宋代有“火藥什戲”,明代有“木架煙花”[1]。煙花主要由火藥、效果藥、氧化劑和可燃劑等成分組成。……
