淺析醫(yī)院多級交班系統(tǒng)功能規(guī)劃設(shè)計與探討

摘? 要： 交接班工作是一項重要的醫(yī)療活動，傳統(tǒng)交接班主要采用紙質(zhì)登記的方式進行，交班質(zhì)量低下。本文基于基于醫(yī)院信息平臺建設(shè)，在統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)交換和標準化平臺上，收集和整理了總值班交班、醫(yī)技科室交班、臨床交班、全院大交班的業(yè)務(wù)流程和需求，建立了醫(yī)院多級交班系統(tǒng)，大部分交班數(shù)據(jù)直接從平臺中獲取，有效避免了數(shù)據(jù)差錯和疏漏，提升了交班質(zhì)量，提高了工作效率，讓臨床一線醫(yī)護人員的時間回歸到患者病情診治上。

【Abstract】： Shift handover is an important medical activity. Traditional shift handover is mainly carried out by paper registration， and the quality of shift handover is low. Based on the construction of hospital information platform， on the unified data exchange and standardization platform， this paper collects and collates the business processes and requirements of the general shift handover， the shift handover of medical technology departments， the clinical shift handover and the shift handover of the whole hospital， establishes the multi-level shift handover system of the hospital， most of the shift handover data are directly obtained from the platform， effectively avoiding data errors and omissions， and improving the quality of the shift handover Quantity， improve work efficiency， let the time of clinical front-line medical staff return to the patient's condition diagnosis and treatment.

0? 引言

醫(yī)院的交班管理是日常醫(yī)療活動的重要組成部分，也是科室建設(shè)和文化內(nèi)涵建設(shè)的重要體現(xiàn)。交班質(zhì)量管理的好壞，將直接或間接的影響到醫(yī)院醫(yī)療安全、糾紛預(yù)防處置、醫(yī)院宏觀管理決策等諸多方面。根據(jù)醫(yī)院的的工作需要和管理需要，主要分為臨床醫(yī)技科室晨交班、總值班交班、全院大交班等幾種，各種形式的交班內(nèi)容側(cè)重點不同。本文基于醫(yī)院信

息平臺建設(shè)，在統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)交換和標準化平臺上，收集和整理了各類交班需求，通過數(shù)據(jù)清洗，轉(zhuǎn)化，分層分級設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的電子化交班報告，自動進行數(shù)據(jù)的調(diào)閱、提取、統(tǒng)計，形成有效的院/科兩級交班記錄信息，從而實現(xiàn)交班業(yè)務(wù)流程的電子化和醫(yī)院交班管理的信息化，在醫(yī)院各科室得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。……
