摘? 要: 情感傾訴APP作為一種新業服務行業在我國逐漸進入蓬勃發展階段,伴隨著同類型軟件數量不斷增多,網絡監管不力、用戶信息泄露、傾訴價格設置不合理等問題層出不窮,軟件功能服務與用戶需求存在較大差異。如何利用現有優勢,規避劣勢來完善情感傾訴軟件功能,提高競爭力并制定出切實有效的發展戰略十分迫切。因此,在從不同角度分析我國情感傾訴APP的競爭環境的基礎上,將以松果傾訴APP為例進行競爭力評價分析,并以此為基礎提出切實有效的競爭戰略。

Competitive Strategy of Emotional Confiding APP Based on Competition Analysis——Take SongGuo Confiding Software as an Example

【Abstract】: Emotional confiding APP is a new service industry, which is gradually entering the booming stage in China. With the continuous increase of the same type of software, many problems emerge. Such as poor network supervision, leakage of users information, unreasonable price setting, etc. All of this indicates that there are big differences between software functions and users needs. Thus, how to make use of the advantages and circumvent the disadvantages to improve the emotional confiding software? How to formulate effective development strategies to improve competitiveness? All of these questions have become very urgent. By analyzing the competitive environment of China's emotional confiding APP from different angles, and taking SongGuo Confiding APP as an example to carry out competitiveness evaluation analysis. Based on this, it proposes an effective competition strategy.

0? 引言
近年來人們一方面享受著社會進步所帶來的豐裕的物質生活,另一方面也被迫承擔起宏觀社會環境引起的競爭壓力、家庭社交生活中負面情緒的困擾。面對愈發龐大的精神壓力,人們開始主動尋求各種傾訴咨詢渠道以獲得排解。除了傳統的線下心理咨詢室和自我調節等方式,情感傾訴APP作為一種新型服務行業在我國逐漸進入蓬勃發展階段。各種各樣的同類型軟件層出不窮,嘗試從不同角度、采用不同方法全方位滿足人們的情感傾訴需求。但與此同時,由于這類軟件不同于傳統咨詢服務,依托于互聯網存在的這一特殊性,網絡監管不力、用戶信息泄露、價格設置規則不合理等問題逐漸浮現,軟件功能服務與用戶實際需求之間的縫隙無法?? 填平。……
