基于GIS的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智慧醫(yī)療服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

摘? 要： 為了解決傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)院服務(wù)中三甲醫(yī)院人滿為患，醫(yī)院樓區(qū)、科室設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜，患者咨詢苦難等問題。構(gòu)建了一個(gè)基于GIS的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智慧醫(yī)療服務(wù)系統(tǒng)，結(jié)合BIM，openlayers等技術(shù)，能夠幫助用戶快速選擇適合自己病癥的醫(yī)院，從而緩解三甲醫(yī)院中醫(yī)療資源緊缺等問題，并通過BIM模型對醫(yī)院樓區(qū)、科室進(jìn)行三維化展示和室內(nèi)導(dǎo)航等功能，幫助患者快速尋找到自己所需要的前往的地方，從而幫助患者減少在醫(yī)院花費(fèi)的時(shí)間。并通過人流熱度分析，高峰期人流分析等方法，幫助醫(yī)院在相關(guān)科室的醫(yī)療資源分配中提供決策數(shù)據(jù)支持，從而幫助醫(yī)院提供工作效率和解決相關(guān)科室中醫(yī)療人員分配不均等問題。

Research and Implementation of Internet Smart Medical Service System Based on GIS

【Abstract】： In order to solve the problem of overcrowding in the top three hospitals in traditional hospital services， the design of hospital buildings and departments is complicated， and patient consultation is difficult. Constructed a GIS-based Internet smart medical service system， combined with BIM， openlayers and other technologies， can help users quickly choose the hospital that suits their illness， thereby alleviating the shortage of medical resources in the top three hospitals， and through the BIM model for hospital buildings， The department performs functions such as three-dimensional display and indoor navigation to help patients quickly find the place they need to go， thereby helping patients reduce the time spent in the hospital. And through the analysis of the popularity of people flow， peak flow analysis and other methods， help the hospital to provide decision-making data support in the distribution of medical resources in related departments， thereby helping the hospital to provide work efficiency and solve the problem of uneven distribution of medical personnel in related departments.

0? 引言

隨著國家的快速發(fā)展和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來，智慧醫(yī)療服務(wù)在醫(yī)院中的作用越來越突出，尤其是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代的到來，讓其應(yīng)用范圍得到進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)展^[1]。在物質(zhì)生活不斷提高的今天，人們的身體健康狀態(tài)也得到了更多的關(guān)注，但是在醫(yī)療資源不充足的現(xiàn)在，人們花費(fèi)在醫(yī)院中的時(shí)間越來越長，隨著一批實(shí)用的醫(yī)院服務(wù)系統(tǒng)投入市場，并在應(yīng)用中不斷改進(jìn)升級，日臻完善^[2-5]，在一定程度上解決了這個(gè)問題。基于GIS的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)智慧醫(yī)療服務(wù)系統(tǒng)具有操作方便靈活，信息圖形化顯示直觀的特點(diǎn)，并且基于B/S架構(gòu)，從而確保本系統(tǒng)不會受到設(shè)備的限制。……
