摘? 要:基于水平衡基本原理,采用先進的信息處理與網絡通信、計算機應用與大數據處理等技術,結合企業水循環系統實際現狀,文章提出了一種涵蓋企業、各用水系統與各用水單元的動態水平衡計算與漏損快速診斷預警方法,并據此設計構建了一套智能管理系統;系統可實現企業水平衡的動態、實時測算及歷史水平衡回顧計算,達到對企業供用水的全面監控,在此基礎上,實現全廠水系統故障的及時診斷與故障位置的快速定位。以陽城火電廠為例,詳細闡述了系統的實現步驟與方法。

Abstract: Based on water balance principle, advanced information processing and network communication, computer application and big data processing technology were applied in this research, and in combination with the practical situation of water circulation system, this paper puts forward a method of dynamic water balance calculation and leakage rapid diagnosis early warning, which can be adopted by enterprises, all water use systems and all water use sectors. We designed and built a set of intelligent management system, which can realize the dynamic, real-time calculation and historical review calculation of the water balance of the enterprise, so as to achieve the comprehensive monitoring of the water supply of the enterprise. On this basis, the system can realize thetimely diagnosis of the fault of the water system of the whole plant and the rapid location of the fault. Taking Yangcheng Thermal Power Plant as an example, the realization steps and methods of the system are described in detail.

1 概述
工業企業是我國的用水大戶,其用水總量的大小及用水效率的高低,直接影響到我國節水型社會的全面建設[1]。近些年,國家提出了“節水優先、空間均衡、系統治理、兩手發力”治水思路,其中“節水優先”是根本方針,是當前治水的關鍵環節,從觀念、意識、措施等各方面都要把節水放在優先位置[2-4]。節水型社會是水資源集約高效利用、經濟社會快速發展、人與自然和諧相處的社會[5],我們要充分認識節水的重要性,始終堅持并嚴格落實節水優先方針,像抓節能減排一樣抓好節水工作[6]。
雖然經過十余年的節水型社會建設,工業節水取得了一定的成績,工業用水效率得到了顯著提高,但距離國外發達國家的先進用水水平還有一定的差距[7,8]。……
