摘 要:目前,國內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)日化工廠主要通過人機操作,人為控制生產(chǎn)流水線及產(chǎn)品包裝與運輸,該模式造成了工廠生產(chǎn)需要大量的人力和時間成本,極大限制了工廠生產(chǎn)效率和發(fā)展速度。為了緊跟《中國制造2025》計劃,將CPS系統(tǒng)融入工廠未來發(fā)展,逐步向智能工廠轉(zhuǎn)型。通過研究CPS的結(jié)構(gòu)特性,融合目前先進的裝備技術(shù)和信息技術(shù),針對傳統(tǒng)日化工廠生產(chǎn)模式缺陷,提出一種融合CPS的智能工廠解決方案。該方案能夠幫助傳統(tǒng)工廠實現(xiàn)智能化、自動化建設(shè),智能工廠在提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低生產(chǎn)能耗以及改善產(chǎn)品服務(wù)質(zhì)量方面均優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)工廠。

Abstract: At present, the traditional daily chemical plants in China are mainly operated by man-machine which artificially controls the production line and product packaging and transportation, and the labor and time costs for factory production is huge, which has greatly limited the production efficiency and development speed of the factory. In order to keep up with the “Made in China 2025” plan, the CPS system is integrated into the future development of the factory and smart factory can be gradually formed. By studying the structural characteristics of CPS, and integrating the current advanced equipment technology and information technology, in order to analyze the defects of the traditional daily chemical plant production mode, we propose a smart factory solution that integrates CPS. This solution can help traditional factories achieve intelligent and automated construction, which can greatly improve production efficiency, reduce production energy consumption, and improve product and service quality compared with traditional factories.

0 引言
近年來,世界上涌現(xiàn)了許多新生代信息技術(shù),如云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等技術(shù)。有效利用上述技術(shù)提高工廠生產(chǎn)力,促進工廠節(jié)能減排,已成為現(xiàn)代工廠發(fā)展的首要目標(biāo),由此產(chǎn)生了一種新的框架系統(tǒng)——信息物理融合系統(tǒng)(CPS)[1]。我國緊跟世界發(fā)展潮流,《中國制造2025》[2]明確提出在工業(yè)四大核心部分加強 CPS技術(shù)研發(fā)與應(yīng)用,對接德國“工業(yè)4.0”,推進制造強國戰(zhàn)略全面實施。CPS在許多重點領(lǐng)域都有深入應(yīng)用,如電網(wǎng)[3]、航天調(diào)度[4]、鐵路交通[5]、制造工業(yè)[6]等。CPS將互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與制造業(yè)緊密聯(lián)系在一起,開啟了工業(yè)4.0的革命,為現(xiàn)代智能工廠提供了發(fā)展方向。
目前,針對工廠如何實現(xiàn)智能化,以及如何利用CPS進行融合的解決方案被眾多學(xué)者研究探討。……
