人性化護理管理對恢復期精神分裂癥患者的影響分析

【摘 要】 目的：主要分析恢復期精神分裂癥患者人性化護理管理的效果，探討不同護理方式的臨床應用，對于恢復期內精神分裂癥患者病情有效控制產生的實際影響，努力構建和諧的護患關系，更好地促進恢復期精神分裂癥患者生活質量的提高。方法：將2019年1月-2019年12月在我院接受精神分裂癥治療并處于恢復期的100例患者隨機選為研究對象，堅持科學分組原則，分成對照組和實驗組后，通過比較常規護理干預效果、人性化護理管理效果，促進臨床護理服務水平的提升;對比兩組患者的康復治療情況，做好患者護理管理質量的評分以及家屬護理工作滿意度的調查。結果：實驗組恢復期精神分裂癥患者的康復治療效果、護理質量、生活質量的評分指標優于對照組;實驗組患者家屬護理工作滿意度高于對照組。結果：實現人性化護理管理理念的全面滲透，更利于恢復期精神分裂癥患者病情的有效控制。采用人性化的護理方式，認真做好護理管理工作內容的補充、護理服務不足之處的改進，護理人員不斷積累經驗教訓，協助患者康復痊愈顯得至關重要。人性化護理管理具有廣泛地推廣價值，要引起越來越多人的關注，醫院可以樹立良好的社會形象，更容易實現可持續發展進程的不斷加快。

Analysis on the influence of humanistic nursing management on convalescent schizophrenics

Abstract：Objective：the main analysis of the effect of recovery in patients with schizophrenia humanization nursing management， to explore the clinical application of different nursing way， for the recovery period of schizophrenia patients to effectively control the actual effect， efforts to build a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients， to better promote recovery to promote the quality of life of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： from January 2019 to December 2019 schizophrenia treated in our hospital and recovering from 100 patients were randomly selected as the research object， adhere to the principle of scientific group， were divided into control group and experimental group， by comparing the conventional nursing intervention effect， the effect of humanization nursing management， promote clinical nursing service level of ascension; The two groups of patients were compared in terms of rehabilitation treatment， and the scores of patients' nursing management quality and the nursing work satisfaction of their families were investigated. Results： the score indexes of the convalescent schizophrenia patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. The nursing work satisfaction of the family members of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. Results： the comprehensive penetration of humanized nursing management concept is more conducive to the effective control of the condition of schizophrenic patients in the convalescent period. Adopt the humanized nursing way， do the supplement of the nursing management work content seriously， the improvement of the nursing service insufficiency， the nursing staff accumulates the experience lesson unceasingly， assists the patient to recover to heal appears the vital importance. Humanized nursing management has a wide range of promotion value， to attract more and more people's attention， the hospital can establish a good social image， it is easier to realize the process of sustainable development to accelerate.
