摘? 要:文章基于使用負性液晶的顯示屏,為實現(xiàn)TFT LCD的電路設計優(yōu)化,對系統(tǒng)電源電路簡化方面進行相關研究。首先,根據(jù)TFT LCD電路驅動原理介紹了目前常用的電源驅動架構。進而,以正性液晶為例分析了典型的電源電路設計,即常規(guī)Source Driver IC驅動的電源電路設計以及常態(tài)的TCON IC IO電壓輸出級電源電路。其次,介紹了使用負性液晶基礎上的電源電路并對TFT LCD電源驅動進行簡化電路設計,說明了采用該電源電路設計的優(yōu)勢。最后,對使用負性液晶的電源電路優(yōu)化方案進行了總結。可以表明:文章提出的使用負型液晶的電源電路優(yōu)化方案,能夠滿足TFT LCD電源電路系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定、可靠及精度高等要求。

Abstract: In order to realize the circuit system design optimization of TFT LCD with negative type liquid crystal, and the research of power supply circuit simplification is studied. First of all, according to the TFT LCD circuit driving theory, the typical drive circuit architecture is introduced. Then, the normal power circuit design is analyzed with positive liquid crystal as an example, i.e. the analog power circuit design of Source Driver IC and the normal TCON IC logic voltage output power circuit design. Furthermore, the simplified power supply circuit design based on negative type liquid crystal is proposed, and the advantages of using this power circuit design are illustrated. Finally, the designed power circuit system structure with negative type liquid crystal are concluded. It can be shown that the power circuit optimization scheme of negative type liquid crystal can meet the requirements of stability, reliability and high precision of TFT LCD power circuit system.

1 概述
液晶(Liquid Crystal Material)作為TFT LCD(thin film transistor Liquid Crystal Display)顯示屏主要組成部分,一直是業(yè)界為提升顯示性能的重要研究對象。液晶在LCD中起到一種類似光閥的作用,可以控制透射光的明暗,從而取得信息顯示的效果。液晶的種類主要分為正型液晶和負型液晶,針對不同類型液晶,電路驅動方案也需進行相應調(diào)整。
TFT LCD顯示屏的電源驅動電路可在原有正型液晶驅動電路基礎上增加負型液晶驅動電路,利用負型液晶的電源種類需求對TFT LCD整體的電源電路進行優(yōu)化以及整并,從而使其在邏輯電源和模擬電源電路方面呈現(xiàn)更緊湊的架構且可以降低成本。但是,由于加入負型液晶的驅動電源電路后,原有的應用于正型液晶中的電源架構以及柵極驅動IC(Source Driver IC)架構需要進行優(yōu)化即為本文所提。……
