叮叮當當的白鐵，精致細密的竹編，龍飛鳳舞的漳繡，婚喪喜慶物品的民俗店……每一老行當都是歲月回響，記述著歷史的昨天。傳統手工藝、民俗文化支撐著我們的鄉愁記憶，我們在漳州古城留住了那些老行當老店鋪漸行漸遠的背影，它們煥發出新時代的光彩與生機。

抬眼望去，處處精美，可圈可點。文廟大成殿內部結構和細部裝飾均為宋代遺物；香港路明朝牌坊花、鳥、人、獸的石雕裝飾采用陰刻、線刻、浮雕、鏤雕、雙面雕等不同手法，各具神韻；百年藥店立面頂上古希臘的愛奧尼柱可以看出當年建造者開放的視野；古香古色建筑上的精美灰塑，西洋小孩、飛馬、獅子等造型栩栩如生，西洋人和哈巴狗塑像，男士雙排扣的西裝、女士脖子上的珍珠項鏈等細微之處亦十分出彩。局部部件的滄桑透出歲月的折疊與厚重，古風遺韻就從所有的細節不經意間流露出來。

Tinkling white iron， exquisite bamboo weaving， exquisite Zhangzhou embroidery， folk shops selling wedding and funeral items.Every old trade is the echo of the years， recording the history of yesterday. Traditional arts and crafts， as well as folk culture support our memory of homesickness. In the old town of Zhangzhou， we keep the receding figure of the old shops， which glow the splendor of the new era and vitality.

Everywhere detail is delicate and beautiful.The internal structure and detailed decoration of Dacheng Hall in Confucian Temple are all relics of Song Dynasty.The stone carving decorations of flowers， birds， humans and animals on the memorial archway of Ming Dynasty on Hongkong Road adopt different techniques such as Yin carving， line carving， relief carving， double face carving and so on， each with its own charm.The ancient Greek Ionic columns on the top of the facade of the century-old pharmacy show the open view of the builder.The exquisite grey model on the antique architecture， the modeling of western children， flying horses， lions and so on is lifelike， the statue of Western man and pug dog， the double-breasted suit of the man， the pearl necklace on the womans neck and other fine points are also very exquisite.The vicissitudes of the components gives the fold of years and sense of history fully. Ancient style rhyme comes out inadvertently from all detail.
