近十年國內外交互設計中反饋的研究綜述

摘要：在新的時代背景下，反饋理論對于交互設計的意義變得愈發重要。整理歸納交互設計領域內各方學者對反饋的研究成果，為之后學者的相關研究提供一定有意義的參考意見。文章使用CNKI中國知網和Web of Science數據庫對交互設計中反饋的相關文獻進行檢索。再將通過檢索得到的文獻數據以VOS Viewer可視化工具軟件進行核心相關文獻篩選。分析國內外核心相關文獻，并根據文獻共同的高被引關鍵詞找到他們之間的異同。總結出交互設計領域中反饋研究在國內外的熱點后，對比國內外研究成果尋找共同點。

Abstract：In the new era，feedback theory has becomemoreandmoreimportant for the meaning of interaction design.Organize and summarize the research resultsof feedback from various scholars in the field of interaction design，and provide some meaningful reference for the related research of scholars.The article usesCNKI China Knowledge Network and Web of Science database to search related documents in the interaction design.The literature data obtained through the retrieval is then selected by the VOS Viewer visualization tool software for core related literature screening.Analyze the core related literatures at home and abroad and find the similarities and differences between them based on the high cited keywords common to the literature.After summarizing the feedback research in the?eld of interaction design at home and abroad，we compare the research results at home and abroad to?nd common ground.

引言

近十年來隨著科技的不斷進步，計算機領域從圖形用戶界面交互

（GUI）向自然交互取得一定發展，交互過程中人機信息交換的方式發生了改變。各類產品的智能化使用戶可以通過多種交互形式進行操作，同時計算機得以從多種渠道獲得用戶的信息，經過計算分析再將信息以包含邏輯規則的合理方式反饋給用戶，最終實現人機之間的智能交互。既然信息的交換可以通過各種智能手段獲得，那么許多復雜的操控按鈕和指示燈就都可以整合成其他形式，設置在更簡潔的交互界面上。這種人機交互方式的變化導致反饋在交互過程中的意義變得更加重要[1]。計算機對人的信息傳遞需要通過反饋來實現，隱藏在簡潔界面背后的反饋決定了用戶的交互體驗、影響著最終的交互結果。……
