關(guān)于體育強(qiáng)國視角下中國競技籃球后備人才的幾點(diǎn)看法

摘 ?要：體育強(qiáng)國夢與民族復(fù)興中國夢緊密相連，增強(qiáng)人民體質(zhì)是體育工作的根本任務(wù)，人民健康是全面建成小康社會(huì)的重要標(biāo)志。以體育強(qiáng)國為立足點(diǎn)，以我國競技籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)模式為理論基礎(chǔ)，借鑒目前的競技籃球后備人才培養(yǎng)模式的基礎(chǔ)下，對競技籃球后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題提出幾點(diǎn)看法。研究表明，政府由上至下的支持是培養(yǎng)競技籃球后備人才的基石;體制、政策土壤培養(yǎng)籃球人口，是競技籃球后備人才可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本;提高教練員與學(xué)校體育的籃球訓(xùn)練水平，是提高籃球人口的總體水平的立足點(diǎn)。

Abstract： The dream of building a strong country through sports is closely linked with the dream of rejuvenating China. Strengthening people's physical fitness is the fundamental task of sports work， and people's health is an important sign of a moderately prosperous society in all respects. Taking the sports power as the foothold， taking our country competitive basketball reserve personnel training mode as the theoretical basis， drawing lessons from the current competitive basketball reserve personnel training mode， this paper puts forward some views on the sustainable development of competitive basketball reserve talents. The research shows that the government's support from the top to the bottom is the cornerstone of cultivating the reserve talents of competitive basketball; The system and policy soil are the foundation of the sustainable development of the reserve talents of competitive basketball; Improving the basketball training level of coaches and school sports is the foothold of the improving of the overall level of the basketball population.

習(xí)近平體育強(qiáng)國思想的內(nèi)涵包括以自強(qiáng)不息為內(nèi)核、以全民健身為抓手、以大型賽事為依托、以三大球?yàn)橹攸c(diǎn)，全面推動(dòng)中國體育走向強(qiáng)大。中國籃球以姚明、易建聯(lián)先后步入NBA的標(biāo)榜作用，引起了世界籃壇的高度關(guān)注，同時(shí)也引起了國民對籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的關(guān)注。籃球作為“奧運(yùn)爭光計(jì)劃”的集體項(xiàng)目之一，為了進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展，政府部門在經(jīng)濟(jì)上與體制方面、社會(huì)力量為其提供強(qiáng)有力的保障。籃球運(yùn)動(dòng)的群眾基礎(chǔ)非常扎實(shí)，作為一個(gè)群體性項(xiàng)目，其獨(dú)特的運(yùn)動(dòng)內(nèi)涵，帶動(dòng)了體育產(chǎn)業(yè)與體育文化發(fā)展。但是，整體籃球競技水平達(dá)不到歐美國家的競技水平，歸根究底是籃球人口的數(shù)量與水平的問題。……
