【摘? 要】在大跨度鋼箱拱橋工程建設中,將主拱肋分為多個節段進行安裝,其中,中拱段在橋位處低位拼裝成拱后,采用整體提升的方式將拱肋安裝到位,最后與邊跨段拱肋合龍成橋,拱肋在吊裝過程中,受自重、風荷載、溫度荷載、拉索初應力等荷載以及施工精度(如不均勻起吊)的影響,不可避免會產生變形,直接影響拱肋位移預測的精度和拱肋吊裝到位后的安裝精度。因此,論文分析了提升鋼箱拱肋整體穩定性的精確控制理論,以期提高驗算參數的接近值。
【Abstract】In the construction of long-span steel box arch bridge engineering, the main arch rib is divided into several sections for installation. Among them, after the middle arch section is assembled into an arch at the low position of the bridge, the arch rib is installed in place by using the overall lifting method, and finally it closures with the arch rib of the side span section to form a bridge. During the hoisting process of arch rib, the arch rib will inevitably produce deformation due to the influence of load such as self weight, wind load, temperature load, initial stress of cable and construction accuracy (such as uneven lifting), which will directly affect the displacement prediction of arch rib and the installation accuracy of arch rib after hoisting in place. Therefore, this paper analyzes the precise control theory of improving the overall stability of steel box arch rib, so as to improve the approximate value of the check calculation parameters.
