摘 要:隨著智能電網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展,電力通信網(wǎng)的可靠性對于電力公司越來越重要。但是,已有研究主要通過優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡協(xié)議和提升網(wǎng)絡設備可靠性來提升電力通信網(wǎng)的可靠性。較少的關(guān)注優(yōu)化電力通信業(yè)務對于提升網(wǎng)絡可靠性的重要性,導致電力通信業(yè)務可靠性較低。為解決此問題,基于電力業(yè)務與電力通信網(wǎng)的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了電力業(yè)務與電力通信網(wǎng)模型,提出了基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)的電力通信業(yè)務可靠性優(yōu)化算法。基于業(yè)務與網(wǎng)絡故障的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,挖掘關(guān)聯(lián)業(yè)務較少的網(wǎng)絡資源,將網(wǎng)絡分為多個集合,對擁塞歷史性能較低的節(jié)點資源進行備份。通過與已有算法進行比較,驗證了該算法在網(wǎng)絡可靠性、業(yè)務可靠性兩個方面取得了較好的結(jié)果。

Abstract: With the rapid development of smart grids, the reliability of power communication networks is becoming more and more important for power companies. Therefore, research has been done to improve the reliability of power communication networks by optimizing network protocols and improving network equipment reliability. Less attention is paid to optimizing the importance of power communication services for improving network reliability, resulting in lower reliability of power communication services. In order to solve this problem, this paper builds a power service and power communication network model based on the relationship between power service and power communication network, and proposes a reliability optimization algorithm for power communication based on Bayesian network. The algorithm is based on the relationship between the service and the network fault, and mines the network resources with less associated services, and divides the network into multiple sets. The node resources with lower congestion history performance are backed up. Compared with the existing algorithms, the proposed algorithm achieves good results in both network reliability and service reliability.

0 引言
隨著電力通信網(wǎng)的規(guī)模越來越大,網(wǎng)絡正常運行面臨著越來越大的挑戰(zhàn),網(wǎng)絡的可靠性已成為電力通信網(wǎng)的一個核心研究方向[1-2]。文獻[3]基于電力通信網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的特點,挖掘了業(yè)務數(shù)據(jù)的特征,提出了采用業(yè)務特征提升電力通信網(wǎng)可靠性的算法。文獻[4]研究了網(wǎng)絡管理系統(tǒng)的狀態(tài)信息,提出了基于網(wǎng)管特征的電力通信網(wǎng)可靠性提升算法。文獻[5]在分析網(wǎng)絡監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)特征的基礎上,基于動態(tài)貝葉斯理論,對網(wǎng)絡的配置和故障管理機制進行了優(yōu)化,從而提升了網(wǎng)絡的可靠性。文獻[6]將信息技術(shù)和物理環(huán)境因素進行融合,從而提升了網(wǎng)絡的可靠性水平。文獻[7]基于精細化建模的思路,對電力通信網(wǎng)物理數(shù)據(jù)信息進行融合,提出了網(wǎng)絡設備故障時的路由優(yōu)化策略,從而提升了網(wǎng)絡的可靠性。為進一步提升已有算法性能,SDN技術(shù)[8]、新型多層協(xié)作控制優(yōu)化技術(shù)[9]、區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)[10]等新技術(shù),也逐漸被應用到電力通信網(wǎng),從而進一步提升電力設備可靠性。
通過對已有研究分析可知,在電力通信網(wǎng)可靠性提升方面已經(jīng)取得了較好的研究成果。但是,已有研究主要通過優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡協(xié)議和網(wǎng)絡設備技術(shù),來提升網(wǎng)絡的可靠性。較少的關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡業(yè)務在網(wǎng)絡可靠性方面的重要性,導致電力通信網(wǎng)業(yè)務可靠性較低。為解決此問題,本文提出基于貝葉斯網(wǎng)的電力通信業(yè)務可靠性優(yōu)化算法。通過與已有算法進行比較,驗證了算法的性能。
1 問題描述
在電力通信網(wǎng)環(huán)境下,電力通信網(wǎng)G=(N,E)包括網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點集合N和網(wǎng)絡鏈路集合E兩種資源。其中,網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點集合N是由n個網(wǎng)絡節(jié)點n1,n2,n3,…,nn構(gòu)成的節(jié)點集合,即,N={n1,n2,n3,…,nn}。網(wǎng)絡鏈路集合E是由m條網(wǎng)絡鏈路e1,e2,e3,…,em構(gòu)成的鏈路集合,即,E={e1,e2,e3,…,em}。電力業(yè)務如果要在電力通信網(wǎng)絡上進行運營,需要由網(wǎng)絡給其分配資源,主要包括業(yè)務節(jié)點資源和業(yè)務鏈路資源兩種。使用GS=(NS,ES)表示電力業(yè)務需要的資源,NS表示業(yè)務使用的節(jié)點資源集合,ES表示業(yè)務使用的鏈路資源集合。
