大學生網絡安全教育現狀及對策研究

摘? ?要：大學生作為網民中最大規模的群體，是國家政治、軍事、經濟、社會以及教育等方面的儲備人才，同時也成為了網絡詐騙、網絡成癮、網絡暴力、網絡滲透等侵害的高發人群，大學生網絡安全教育自然而然成為當前各高校亟需擔負的重大使命。文章從大學生網絡安全教育的意義出發，客觀、理性地分析了可能存在的問題，并結合日常工作，提出了改進和完善大學生網絡安全教育的對策。文章研究目的是將大學生培養成為網絡空間正能量的傳播者，成為恪守網絡道德和法律、倡導文明網絡行為的推動者，成為網絡安全的守護者，實現高校人才培養目標的同時，創建安全、穩定的校園環境。

Abstract： As the largest group of Internet users， college students are the reserve talents of national politics， military， economy， society and education. Meanwhile， they also become the high incidence of network fraud， Internet addiction， internet violence， Internet penetration and other violations. Therefore， college students' network security education naturally becomes a major mission to be shouldered by colleges and universities. Based on the significance of network security education for college students， this paper analyzes the possible problems objectively and rationally， and puts forward the countermeasures to improve and perfect the network security education for college students in combination with daily work. We should cultivate college students to be the disseminators of positive energy in cyberspace， the promoters of abiding by network morality and law， advocating civilized network behavior， and the guardians of network security. We should create a safe and stable campus environment while realizing the goal of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities.

1 引言

網絡安全教育主要是指教育者通過多種教育途徑，讓受教育群體熟悉和掌握網絡安全知識，增強網絡安全意識，提高網絡安全技能和自身的安全能力，按照計劃展開各項網絡安全知識相關的培訓內容，實現保護自身安全的最終目的。

齊鵬程從廣義和狹義的安全出發，定義了大學生網絡安全教育的內容，“認為大學生網絡安全教育是指由髙校管理者、教育者以社會主義核心價值觀為指導，對大學生網絡安全規范、網絡安全素養等方面進行指導和教育，使大學生逐漸形成網絡安全意識、增強辨別信息的能力和自我保護意識，幫助大學生更好的適應網絡社會，實現自我的全面發展。……
