基于TPC協議的自適應無線網絡箱式變壓器數據監測系統設計

摘 ?要： 針對傳統箱式變壓器環境監測系統線路復雜和實時性差等問題，提出一種基于TCP協議的自適應無線網絡箱式變壓器數據監測系統。該系統利用RS 485總線通過ModBus協議采集箱式變壓器內部多點溫度、濕度、油溫的環境參數和三相電壓電流、電能、功率因數、頻率等電力參數。MCU接收到數據后進行分析處理，將監測參數實時顯示在人機交互界面上，可以對突發情況進行預警及控制。同時這些數據通過可選擇的三種方式GPRS，WiFi或者以太網口發送至云端服務器，用戶可登錄服務器上位機，遠程監測箱式變壓器內部狀態。經過試驗測試，該系統可以正常監測箱式變壓器內部參數，極大地方便了工作人員的維護和檢修工作，提高了箱式變壓器的使用壽命。

Abstract： As the traditional box?type transformer environmental monitoring system has complex circuit and poor real?time performance， an adaptive wireless network box?type transformer data monitoring system based on TCP protocol is proposed. The system uses the 485 bus to collect the environmental parameters of the multi?point temperature， humidity and oil temperature and the three?phase voltage， current， electric energy， power factor， frequency and other power parameters of the box?type transformer by means of the MODBUS protocol. After receiving the data， MCU can analyze and process it， display the monitoring parameters on the human?computer interface in real time， and can give early warning and control to emergencies. The data is sent to the cloud server by means of three selectable modes of GPRS， WIFI or Ethernet port. Users can log in to the server of the upper computer and remote monitor the internal state of the box?type transformer. The testing experiment results show that the system can normally monitor the internal parameters of the box?type transformer， which greatly facilitates the maintenance and overhaul of the staff and improves the service life of the box?type transformer.
