摘要 2019年草地貪夜蛾燈誘結(jié)果,廣西、湖南、湖北、河南、陜西、山西、寧夏、天津8省(區(qū)、市)14個(gè)高空測報(bào)燈觀測點(diǎn),6月始燈下陸續(xù)見蛾,8月-10月多數(shù)觀測點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)明顯蛾峰;湖北、河南、天津3省(市)8個(gè)常規(guī)測報(bào)燈觀測點(diǎn)7月-10月燈下見蛾,9月下旬和10月上旬出現(xiàn)蛾峰。因此,高空測報(bào)燈可用于草地貪夜蛾區(qū)域性種群動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測,種群超過一定數(shù)量條件下常規(guī)測報(bào)燈有效,燈具需選擇合適地點(diǎn)設(shè)置。多數(shù)高空測報(bào)燈下雄蛾量明顯高于雌蛾量,常規(guī)測報(bào)燈雌雄比差異不大,其原因有待深入研究。

Trapping effect of searchlight-trap and light trap for the moth of Spodoptera frugiperda in 2019

Abstract
In 2019, there were 14 searchlight-trap observation points were set in 8 provinces (autonomous regions and cities) including Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Henan, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia and Tianjin for monitoring the moth of Spodoptera frugiperda. From June, the moth was successively trapped by the searchlight-trap, and obvious moth peaks appeared during August to October in most of observation points. The moths were found under the light trap in 8 observation points in Hubei, Henan and Tianjin from July to October, and the peaks appeared in late September and early October. The results indicated that the searchlight-trap is suitable to monitor the regional population dynamics of S.frugiperda, and the light trap should be used when the population size is big enough. Two types of light trap need to be set at appropriate positions according to their characteristics. The number of trapped male moths was significantly higher than that of female under the most searchlight-trap, while it showed no significant difference under the light trap. The reason of these phenomena needs further study.
3.2 有一定種群數(shù)量條件下常規(guī)測報(bào)燈有效
美國科學(xué)家Spark等利用15W黑光燈成功驗(yàn)證了草地貪夜蛾的跨海遷飛[9]。黑光燈為光源的燈具是我國普遍使用的趨光性昆蟲誘測燈具,草地貪夜蛾侵入我國后各地多燈下誘蟲量少或誘不到蟲,而秋季蟲情嚴(yán)重的湖北省各點(diǎn)誘到較高蟲量,誘蟲量最高的湖北鐘祥誘蟲量達(dá)210頭,同期相距約50 m的高空測報(bào)燈下誘蟲量達(dá)1 427頭[7],可見常規(guī)燈下蟲量受附近高空測報(bào)燈較高誘蟲量影響;湖北崇陽和棗陽常規(guī)測報(bào)燈峰值分別為114頭和40頭。以上結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了草地貪夜蛾成蟲具有一定趨光性,常規(guī)測報(bào)燈在一定蟲量條件下可用于監(jiān)測,這也驗(yàn)證了吳孔明院士團(tuán)隊(duì)做出的草地貪夜蛾趨光性為棉鈴蟲一半的結(jié)論(結(jié)果待發(fā))。隨著草地貪夜蛾在我國定殖和種群數(shù)量的加大,常規(guī)測報(bào)燈燈下會(huì)逐步見蟲,即在蟲量較高條件下也可作為監(jiān)測的有效工具。
3.3 科學(xué)合理設(shè)置燈具
各個(gè)高空測報(bào)燈觀測點(diǎn)中,除北方5個(gè)點(diǎn)因當(dāng)?shù)厍秩胂x源少而誘蟲量低外,湖南芷江單日最高誘蟲量不足10頭,原因應(yīng)與其設(shè)置位置有關(guān)。黏蟲種群監(jiān)測經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明,各觀測點(diǎn)在時(shí)間和數(shù)量上表現(xiàn)規(guī)律性,應(yīng)在常年北遷南回遷飛通道上設(shè)置觀測點(diǎn),而遷飛通道多與風(fēng)場運(yùn)動(dòng)有關(guān)[2]。鑒于此燈具誘蟲種類多、數(shù)量大且較為耗電的實(shí)際情況,各地可因地制宜、科學(xué)配備,在當(dāng)?shù)爻D赀w飛性害蟲誘蟲量多或發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的代表性區(qū)域設(shè)置燈具,開展持續(xù)的系統(tǒng)監(jiān)測。常規(guī)測報(bào)燈應(yīng)設(shè)置在調(diào)查寄主作物附近,建議選擇在草地貪夜蛾偏好寄主作物田(優(yōu)先選擇玉米)周圍設(shè)置,燈管適當(dāng)高出作物冠層。各類燈具都應(yīng)設(shè)在無高大建筑遮擋、無大功率照明光源的地點(diǎn),避免環(huán)境因素降低燈具的誘監(jiān)效果。
3.4 雌蛾及其卵巢發(fā)育級別計(jì)數(shù)為測報(bào)所必需
成蟲雌雄比是測報(bào)常用的一項(xiàng)指標(biāo),較高的比例意味著具備下一代種群擴(kuò)大、危害加重的生物學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。本試驗(yàn)中,9個(gè)高空測報(bào)燈觀測點(diǎn)中有6個(gè)草地貪夜蛾雄蛾數(shù)量明顯高于雌蛾,與趙勝園等在云南江城2019年燈誘結(jié)果一致。推測此結(jié)果,一種可能是真實(shí)反映田間自然性比,或許外來入侵生物特點(diǎn)所決定,雄蟲具有比雌蟲更強(qiáng)的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力,一旦入侵成功,雌雄比例增大,以壯大自身的種群數(shù)量,這種推斷將隨著時(shí)間的延續(xù)獲取足夠多年份的數(shù)據(jù)而得以證明。第二種可能是雌雄成蟲趨光性的差異造成,徐練研究玉米螟雄性趨光性較雌性高[10],Cheng等田間燈誘試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)[11],同為灰翅夜蛾屬的甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua Hübner撲燈存在明顯的雄性偏好和節(jié)律性,在整個(gè)發(fā)生期雄蟲上燈量均高于雌蟲,雌蟲主要在上半夜撲燈,雄蟲主要在下半夜撲燈,而甜菜夜蛾的這種上燈性別偏好并不是田間自然性比所引起。草地貪夜蛾是否具有同樣習(xí)性,將有待于室內(nèi)或田間進(jìn)一步試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。雌蛾卵巢發(fā)育解剖劃分級別是遷飛性害蟲測報(bào)的一項(xiàng)重要而基礎(chǔ)的工作,趙勝園等研究得出草地貪夜蛾卵巢發(fā)育分級與繁殖潛力預(yù)測方法[12],可依此進(jìn)行草地貪夜蛾的預(yù)測預(yù)報(bào),更好地指導(dǎo)開展適時(shí)防控。
