【摘要】 目的:探討3D打印技術在四肢近關節骨折中的治療效果。方法:選擇2016年1月-2018年6月筆者所在醫院收治的61例四肢近關節骨折患者作為研究對象,分為研究組(31例)與對照組(30例),對照組采用常規手術治療,研究組采用3D打印技術輔助手術,比較兩組療效、臨床相關指標、愈合時間及關節功能。結果:研究組手術時間(58.61±16.33)min、愈合時間(9.62±2.13)個月,均優于對照組(P<0.05);研究組出血量(101.66±23.57)ml,少于對照組(P<0.05);研究組術后HSS評分(98.88±1.17)分、臨床優良率96.77%,均高于對照組(P<0.05)。結論:3D打印技術在四肢近關節骨折中的治療效果顯著,有利于減少出血量,縮短手術及愈合時間,提升臨床療效。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of 3D printing technology on the proximal joint fractures of the extremities. Method: From January 2016 to June 2018, 61 patients with proximal joint fractures in our limbs were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with conventional surgery. The study group used 3D printing technology to assist the surgery. And compared the effects, clinical indicators, healing time and joint function between the two groups. Result: The operation time (58.61±16.33) min and healing time (9.62±2.13) months in the study group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The blood loss in the study group was (101.66±23.57) ml, less than that of the control group (P<0.05). The HSS score after operation was (98.88±1.17) points and clinical efficacy was 96.77% of the study group, which were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: 3D printing technology has a significant effect on the treatment of proximal joint fractures of the extremities, which is conducive to reducing the amount of bleeding, shortening the operation and healing time, and improving the clinical efficacy.

四肢骨折為臨床中較為常見和高發的骨折類型,遠關節端骨折的手術治療較為容易,可實現良好的恢復效果,而近關節端骨折與關節挨近,若想有效保存關節、避免出現創傷性關節炎需于治療后進行解剖復位[1]。3D打印技術屬于新型的制作加工技術,可起輔助作用,近年來發展愈發成熟,被廣泛應用于各大領域中[2-3]。本文旨在探討3D打印技術在四肢近關節骨折中的治療效果及對關節功能的影響,現報告如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
以筆者所在醫院2016年1月-2018年6月收治的61例四肢近關節骨折患者為研究對象,隨機分為研究組(31例)與對照組(30例)。研究組男20例,女11例;年齡12~60歲,平均(34.27±10.89)歲;15例車禍傷,7例重物砸傷,4例高空墜落傷,5例不明原因。對照組男18例,女12例;年齡16~65歲,平均(37.68±10.35)歲;16例車禍傷,5例重物砸傷,6例高空墜落傷,3例不明原因。兩組基線資料比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),有可比性。研究符合醫學倫理會批準,患者簽署知情同意書。
