數據素養的漸進式嵌入服務模式研究

摘 要 針對數據素養發展面臨的主流問題，文章以嵌入式理念為基礎，研究大學圖書館數據素養服務的新型發展路徑。文章創新性地設計了漸進式的嵌入方式，從嵌入認知、嵌入能力、嵌入空間三個方面構建了數據素養的嵌入式服務框架并分析了相關要素。服務模式的研究意在有效指導泛在數據環境下大學圖書館數據素養服務的實施，為大學圖書館在數據素養服務上的發展轉型提供參考。

Abstract In view of the mainstream problems faced by the development of data literacy， this paper studies the new development path of data literacy service in university library based on the embedded concept. This paper innovatively designs a gradual embedding way， and constructs an embedded service framework of data literacy from three aspects of embedding cognition， embedding ability and embedding space， and analyzes the relevant elements. The research of service mode aims to effectively guide the implementation of data literacy service in university library under ubiquitous data environment， and provide reference for the development and transformation of data literacy service in university library.

0 引言

數據素養是指數據行為主體科學理性地認識與管理所接觸到的數據，并具備進一步挖掘這些數據中潛在價值的能力[1]。近年來，高校圖書館逐漸將數據素養服務列為館內數據資源建設與發展的重點，并以提供相關數據素養課程教育為主要手段。而隨著當前大數據驅動環境的不斷變化，基于傳統信息檢索教育的數據素養服務模式開始顯露出不足，其因在于數據素養教育還沒有形成科學的理論體系，以至無法建構正確的數據態度與數據價值觀，無法實現泛在數據環境下數據素養的普及。因此，在這一形勢下，大學圖書館的數據素養服務需要不斷調整與改革，保持與服務對象的高度相關，避免邊緣化。

嵌入式服務理念是指將一種服務的特點與周圍環境關聯起來，再融入到到另一更大環境中的服務理念。這一理論最初應用于經濟學問題的研究，本世紀初正式引入到圖書館的工作與研究中?！?br>
