社會邏輯價值取向的圖書館學話語體系的建構

摘 要 圖書館學話語體系構建的主要脈搏和走向體現出兩類價值取向：學科邏輯與社會邏輯。比較兩者得知，前者旨在保證所構建的圖書館學話語體系的合法性，但不能作為最大價值取向。在當今學術命運共同體時代，后者旨在探尋實踐歸宿，具有實踐意義，相關問題研究成為圖書館學界著力研究的新課題。近年，有許多公信力強的圖書館學研究成果在以《新華文摘》 《光明日報》為代表的學術主流媒體上“出場”，成為基于社會邏輯的圖書館學話語體系構建的標識性學術產物。考察這些“榜樣”的“出場史”，深入探索其與時俱進的邏輯，我們得到基于社會邏輯價值取向的圖書館學話語體系建構應發揚光大的實現路徑：注重固有“基因”的新時代表述;注重關鍵詞的提煉和標示性符號的構建。分析不足后得到啟示，基于社會邏輯的圖書館學話語體系建構的可行與強化路徑為，加強主體意識，傾聽社會有關圖書館事業的聲音，努力把學術話語轉化成政策話語。

Abstract The main pulse and trend of the construction of the discourse system on library science is the value orientation of subject logic and social logic. The former aims to guarantee the legitimacy of the library science discourse system constructed， but its not the greatest value orientation. In todays era of academic community， the latter aims to explore the practice destination of library science discourse system， which has practical significance. The related issues study has become a new topic in the library field. In recent years， many research achievements of library science with strong credibility have appeared on the academic mainstream media represented by Xinhua Digest and Guangming Daily， and has become the indicative academic product of the construction of library science discourse system based on social logic. By investigating its “appearance history” and delving into its logic of advancing with The Times， we get the realization path of the construction of library science discourse system based on social logic value orientation： paying attention to the expression of the inherent “gene” in the new era; paying attention to the extraction of keywords and the construction of indicative symbols. After investigating the deficiencies， we can get enlightenment. The feasible way to construct the discourse system of library science based on social logic is to strengthen the subjective consciousness， listen to the society voices about library undertakings， and strive to transform academic discourse into policy discourse.

0 引言

任何學科任何行業的理論和學術價值都要通過話語體系來影響人，從而提升其話語權。正是話語體系構建被賦予了高價值的預期，近年，基于社會邏輯價值取向的圖書館學話語體系越來越凸顯社會意義，理應成為圖書館學界著力深度開展研究的課題。受社會關注的重點不僅僅是話語體系的語言形式，如科學概念和學科范式，還有其承載的價值取向與思想實質，因而圖書館學話語體系構建是一個宏觀的、重要的社會性課題。……
