埕海油田注水泵工作可靠性分析

摘要：隨著社會的不斷發展，埕海油田發展到了新的階段，加強了多級離心泵的應用，以實現向油田地層注水的目的，并對地層能量進行補充，促進地層原油整體采收率提高。然而在應用過程中，會出現一定的故障，難以提高工作可靠性，不利于油田注水工作的開展，所以在本次研究中，主要對埕海油田注水泵工作的可靠性進行分析。

Abstract： With the continuous development of society， the Chenghai Oilfield has developed to a new stage， and the application of multi-stage centrifugal pumps has been strengthened to achieve the purpose of injecting water into the formation of the oilfield， supplementing the formation energy and improving the overall oil recovery rate. However， in the application process， there will be certain failures， so it is difficult to improve the reliability of the work， which is not conducive to the development of water injection in the oil field. Therefore， in this study， the reliability of the water injection pump in the Chenghai oil field was mainly analyzed.

0? 引言

最初的注采并沒有實現同步性，不同的采油井都出現了各種類型的停噴，使得產量逐漸降低，長時間如此，就會導致油井完全地停噴，并且發生地層塌陷的現象，所以，需要深入研究注水擴容的問題，注水受到限制的原因是因為注水泵多次出現問題導致的。

1? 埕海油田注水泵現狀

從埕海油田注水泵的改造基礎來看，埕海油田注水井的數量是從最初的幾口向更多增加的，隨之，注水需求量也是逐漸增多的，所有的注水井實現轉注之后，會使得地層的壓力以最快的速度增長。

1.1 分析機械密封性的故障根源

1.1.1 分析楔形抱軸器出現多次松動的誘因

主要受到以下幾個因素的影響：一是，安裝或者是調整楔形抱軸器的時候，需要比較復雜的技術，同時，要在兩個人的配合下，選擇兩套塞尺，并且擰緊所有的帶錐度部件，在這一過程中，要確保鎖緊環之間的距離一樣，中間的誤差要在0.2mm范圍內;二是，緊固楔形抱軸器選擇的螺釘是A2-70，其缺乏足夠的強度;三是，楔形類型的抱軸器緊固螺釘在選擇擰緊力矩的時候沒有一樣的標準。……
