試論高校檔案文化育人體系的構建

摘要：高校檔案客觀真實地記錄了學校創建以來的發展歷史，承載了辦學思想和興學理念，展現了教學特色和發展成果，其內容蘊含著豐富的教育資源，先天便有育人的價值功能。在全程育人、全方位育人的新時代背景下，高校檔案館如何利用自身資源優勢參與到大學生思想政治教育工作中，發揮檔案“存憑、留史、資政、育人”的價值，如何豐富高校檔案管理的業務內涵與功能外延，助力學校人才德育培養工作，強化服務育人、文化育人的基礎職能，成為推進高校檔案事業長足發展的新挑戰和新機遇。

Research on the Construction of College Archives Cultural Education System

Abstract：The college archives objectively and truly record the development history of the school since its establishment， carry the ideas of running a school and the idea of developing a school， and show the characteristics of teaching and the achievements of development. It is clear that the college archives contains rich educational resources， so it has the value function of educating people. Under the background of the new era，which is to educate students among whole process， college archives take advantage of their own resources to participate in the ideological and political education of college students，and to perform the value of "keeping records， keeping history， funding and educating people"， as well as enrich the connotation and function extension of college archival management， to help the moral education of school talents， and to strengthen the basic function of service education and culture education，which has become a new challenge and opportunity to promote the great development of college archives.

2017年2月，《關于加強和改進新形勢下高校思想政治工作的意見》指出，“高校肩負著人才培養、科學研究、社會服務、文化傳承創新、國際交流合作的重要使命。加強和改進高校思想政治工作，事關辦什么樣的大學、怎樣辦大學的根本問題，事關中國特色社會主義事業后繼有人，是一項重大的政治任務和戰略工程。要堅持全員全過程全方位育人，把思想價值引領貫穿教育教學全過程和各環節”[1]。圍繞全方位育人要求，如何科學有效地開展文化育人，成為高校思想政治工作領域的新命題。

高校檔案館是學校承擔檔案管理工作的職能部門，它既是永久保存檔案的基地，又是為師生提供檔案信息服務的中心，也是進行檔案學術交流研究、發揮檔案文化教育功能的陣地。隨著高等教育的蓬勃發展，高校檔案數量與日俱增，形成浩瀚的檔案信息資源海洋。……
