政務抖音檔案化：價值、主體與路徑

摘要：在短視頻爆發式發展的背景下，政務抖音異軍突起，成為公共管理部門提供政務服務和與民眾互動交流的重要平臺，產生了大量數字信息資料。政務抖音是否需要檔案化和如何檔案化成了檔案館亟待解決的問題。鑒于此，文章闡述了政務抖音檔案化的概念和價值，梳理了政務抖音檔案化的主體及其關系，并提出政務抖音檔案化的路徑。

Abstract：Against the background of the explosive development of short- video， government trembling has emerged. It has become an important platform for public administration departments to provide government services and interact with the public， generating a large amount of digital information. The need for archives and how to archive them for government affairs has become an urgent issue for archives. In view of this， this article elaborates the concept and value of government administration Douyin archiving， sorts out the subject of government Douyin archiving and its relationship， and proposes the path thinking of government Douyin archiving.

隨著移動互聯網社交方式的興起，人們的社交不再受制于文字、聲音和圖片等單一載體，而開始利用信息內容更豐富、媒介形式更多元的短視頻載體進行信息交流和互動。而這其中，抖音無疑成為人們分享社交信息的重要渠道和平臺。隨著抖音社會關注度和流量的不斷提高，公共管理部門與時俱進，在信息共享和公共關系等方面也引入抖音短視頻作為與民眾“面對面”互動交流的重要渠道，政務抖音應運而生。政務抖音有重要的檔案功能和價值，但是，我國的政務抖音缺乏相應的檔案化機制，政務抖音是否需要檔案化和如何檔案化成了檔案館亟待解決的問題。
