Invention and innovation have a strong control over the collective influence of the country. When it comes to invention and innovation, the majority of the population think of the venture capital industry that supports its development. As the engine of economic growth, the American venture capital industry is envied over the world. The venture capital industry has encouraged the development of American innovation industry to some extent.

The emergence and development of a new matter is inseparable from the support of funds. Contrary to popular belief, venture capital plays only a small role in financing basic innovation. But it plays a crucial role in the period of innovation commercialization. Venture capitalists invest most of their money in infrastructure, giving strong support to emerging things. What's more, the investment of a large number of venture capitalists will increase people's confidence in the industry and make people more inclined to purchase products or services in the industry. In essence, venture capitalists buy shares in entrepreneurs, nurture them in the short term, and afterward exit with the help of investment bankers. But the challenge for venture capitalists is to earn consistently high returns from inherently risky business venture capital.

High risks have high returns. They want to fund in good industries, that is, industries that are more competitive than the overall market. In reality, venture capitalists focus on the middle part of the classic industry's S-shaped curve. They avoid both the early stage and the later stage. So they must pay attention to real-time dynamics and follow the trend of the times to ensure that their judgment is correct. The challenge for venture capitalists is to find entrepreneurs who can push vital technology to a certain stage.

Everything has its two sides, and we should look at the problem of network teaching dialectically. In my learning process, I think it is conducive to my self-examination and self-reflection on knowledge points.
