摘 要:海藻是富含多種生物活性物質(zhì)并具有廣泛生物功能的海洋生物資源。選擇角叉菜、松節(jié)藻、海帶、裙帶菜、條斑紫菜和萱藻為原料提取其活性物質(zhì)凝集素,并對(duì)其凝集活力進(jìn)行測(cè)定和分析。結(jié)果表明:用生理鹽水提取海藻凝集素的效果較好,其中海帶粗提液中凝集素的凝集活性好。可為進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)和利用經(jīng)濟(jì)藻類提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract: Seaweeds are marine biological resources rich in a variety of bioactive substances and have a wide range of biological functions. In this study, the lectin was extracted respectively from C. ocellatus Holmes, Rhodomela C. Ag, Laminaria japonica Aresch, Undaria pinnatifida, Porphyra yezoensis Ueda and Alga Scytosiphonis Lomentarii. The lectin activity was measured and analyzed respectively. The results showed that the effect of extracting the lectin with normal saline was better, and the activity in kelp crude extract was better. It can provide reference for further development and utilization of economic seaweed.

海洋面積占地球總表面積近70%,海洋平均深度約3 800 m[1-3]。海水是名符其實(shí)的液體礦藏,海洋生物資源非常豐富。其中海藻種類繁多,在中國(guó)有經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值的約有上百種[4]。海藻含有豐富的海藻多糖、蛋白質(zhì)、脂肪、維生素、礦物質(zhì)以及具有特殊功效的生理活性物質(zhì),是食品、藥物、飼料的原料庫(kù)。海藻生產(chǎn)力很高,在生長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中可大量吸收碳氮磷等生源要素,在水生態(tài)系統(tǒng)碳循環(huán)和減緩富營(yíng)養(yǎng)化方面有很重要的作用。由于海藻富含多種生命活性物質(zhì),如多糖、高不飽和脂肪酸、?;撬帷㈩惡}卜素、甾淳以及各種氨基酸,可以作為日常食物,也可以提取其活性物質(zhì),海藻已經(jīng)引起了全世界人們的關(guān)注[5]。1966年Boyd 等人在一些熱帶海藻中發(fā)現(xiàn)了海藻凝集素的存在,Blun den 和 Rogers 等對(duì)英國(guó)沿海的海藻檢測(cè)了提取物的凝集活性,隨后的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)海藻的親糖蛋白既可以凝集紅血球、腫瘤細(xì)胞、淋巴球、酵母、海洋細(xì)菌及單細(xì)胞藍(lán)綠藻,還能促進(jìn)小老鼠及人體淋巴球分裂作用[6-8]?!?br>
