解析現代船舶管理中的問題及對策

【摘 要】隨著國際貿易的不斷增多，我國航海事業獲得了迅猛的發展，但與此同時也帶來了一系列船舶管理方面的問題，影響船舶工作的安全性以及運行的效率。論文主要針對當前船舶管理過程中存在的問題進行探究，指出具體的解決對策，希望能夠保證現代航運的安全性和可靠性，促進我國船舶行業的持續穩定發展。

【Abstract】With the increasing of international trade， China's navigation industry has made rapid development， but at the same time， it has also brought a series of ship management problems， which affect the safety of ship work and the efficiency of operation. This paper mainly probes into the problems existing in the current ship management process， and points out the specific countermeasures in the hope of ensuring the safety and reliability of modern shipping and promoting the sustainable and stable development of the shipping industry in our country.

1 引言

現代船舶管理工作重視管理的創新性、規范性、制度性以及科學性，相對于以往的船舶管理理念來說，更加重視標準化管理和人性化管理，要求船舶管理的每個細小的工作都有嚴格的執行標準和控制對策，保證船舶系統能夠正常穩定地運行。通過科學系統的管理工作有效節約航運企業的運作成本和管理成本，使得航運系統的發展能夠更加的高效和安全，保障航運工作人員的生命安全，促進船舶行業的可持續發展。

2 當前現代船舶管理過程中普遍存在的問題

2.1 船舶工作人員綜合素養不足

現代船舶管理過程中所涉及的技術含量比較高，工作比較繁雜，對工作人員的專業素養、心理素質以及體質健康有著較高的要求。但從現實情況來看，很多船舶行業的工作人員并沒有達到相應的標準，嚴重影響航運工作的效率，甚至會造成航運事故的發生。隨著航運市場的日益完善以及航運企業的不斷增多，船舶公司所面臨的競爭壓力越來越大，要想在激烈的市場競爭中生存并長期穩定發展下去，必須要加強對高端人才的引入和對現有人才的培養，使得員工的職業技能能夠達到船舶行業運行的標準。……
