Making a shopping list before hitting a store isn't just about remembering necessary things; it can also help you give up unwanted messages. If you make a good action plan (such as a shopping list)， you're more likely to do what you actually set out to do. Goldsmith points out that a shopping list can help a lot. Help children prepare for tests

To help children prepare sufficiently for tests， you can do several things to provide support and create a positive test-taking experience.

☆Study hard

If your child is nervous at the test time， please help your child develop a set of calming activities to relax in stressful situations at home and in the classroom. Start with deep breathing， inhaling(吸入)deeply and then breathing out. Try muscle relaxation， working from top to toe and tensing and relaxing each group of muscles as he or she goes.. For example， just focus on sights and sounds.

Encourage your child to study over a period of time. Encourage your child to listen carefully to all test-taking directions given by the teacher and to ask questions about the directions that are unclear. See that your child gets his or her regular amount of sleep before the tests.. Hunger can detract（減損） from the test performance.
