樽井久樹：我交到了志同道合的朋友

樽井久樹的浙江足跡

2014年4月，樽井久樹加盟位于浙江長興的超威集團(tuán)，擔(dān)任超威集團(tuán)新能源首席專家。

在這之前，樽井久樹從事化學(xué)電源方面的研究和生產(chǎn)技術(shù)工藝管理已有30余年。他曾在世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)Sanyo公司擔(dān)任鋰離子電池研發(fā)及生產(chǎn)管理工作，了解并掌握世界行業(yè)領(lǐng)域前沿技術(shù)和生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)，是一位集生產(chǎn)、工藝設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)為一體的復(fù)合型知名專家，曾與眾多國際系能源機(jī)構(gòu)合作，開展鋰離子電池研發(fā)項(xiàng)目。

來到超威集團(tuán)后，樽井久樹組建并優(yōu)化了企業(yè)的新能源汽車動(dòng)力電池系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)，開展新型蓄電設(shè)備的研究，圍繞電池的容量、使用壽命和安全穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行大量的技術(shù)改革，取得了一系列的科研成果，為開發(fā)具有國際先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的汽車用鋰離子電池作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。

2016年2月，國務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在人民大會(huì)堂親切會(huì)見在華工作的部分外國專家并同他們座談。超威集團(tuán)新能源首席專家樽井久樹博士受邀參加座談會(huì)，并受到李克強(qiáng)總理的親切接見。

2018年10月，第十一屆國際電動(dòng)車新型鋰電池會(huì)議（）在浙江湖州召開。超威集團(tuán)攜最新研發(fā)成功的第三代高能量、長壽命、高安全電動(dòng)汽車用動(dòng)力型鋰離子電池等五款新產(chǎn)品亮相，受到了與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和專家的廣泛關(guān)注和高度評(píng)價(jià)。

Ta眼里的浙江

第一次離開日本來到中國，樽井久樹博士的目的地就是湖州長興。

令他沒想到的是，這座位于浙江北部的小縣城，人來人往，車水馬龍，充滿著旺盛的生命活力。

令他更加意外的是，這座小城里還聚集著大批新能源企業(yè)，其中不乏知名的上市公司。在日本，這樣的場景并不多見。

公司的投入，地方政府的支持，讓樽井如魚得水，他全身心投入到鋰離子電池的研發(fā)之中。

他開心地說，即使存在著文化差異，也沒影響他與當(dāng)?shù)厝诉M(jìn)行交流合作。“因?yàn)樵谡憬倪@份工作，我逐步了解和走進(jìn)這個(gè)國家，也在不斷地融入這里的社會(huì)文化。”

聊起對(duì)浙江人的印象，樽井贊不絕口。他稱贊浙江人勤勞、聰明、肯吃苦、愛鉆研。他說自己在浙江結(jié)交了許多志同道合的好友。幾乎每個(gè)周末，他都會(huì)約上朋友一起打高爾夫，品嘗他最喜歡的紅燒湖羊。

時(shí)光如梭，不知不覺中，樽井已經(jīng)在“浙”里待了5年多。

工作之余，他喜歡一邊散步一邊領(lǐng)略浙江的湖光山色，記錄下春去秋來的每一個(gè)美好瞬間。五年間，讓他感受最深的是，數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)在浙江的運(yùn)用及發(fā)展。

“在浙江，一只小小的手機(jī)竟包羅萬象，人們可以用它進(jìn)行移動(dòng)支付、網(wǎng)上購物、汽車導(dǎo)航等等，生活真是太便利了！”

In April 2014， Dr. Tarui Hisaki joined Chilwee Group， Chinas best battery producer based in Changxing， a suburban county of Huzhou City in northern Zhejiang.

Dr. Tarui Hisaki had been engaged in technology， development and production of chemical-based powers for over 30 years before he arrived at Chilwee. In particular， he worked at Sanyo as an expert of lithium battery. Since his arrival at Chilwee， he has organized and optimized a team to develop advanced batteries for automobiles. Under his leadership， Chilwee has developed a series of advanced technology and products. He has played a key role in developing new technologies for better capacity， longevity and safety of lithium batteries.

In February 2016， he was invited to attend a meeting at the Great Hall of People in Beijing. Hosted by Premier Li Keqiang， the meeting was a gathering of some international talents working in China.

In October 2018， the 11th Advanced Lithium Batteries for Automobile Applications （ABAA 11） was held in Huzhou， Zhejiang in October 2018. Chilwee exhibited the third-generation lithium batteries for automobiles. The products are characterized by high energy， longevity， and good safety. The products were highly appreciated by participating experts and industrial leaders at the ABAA11.

Before April 2014， Dr. Tarui Hisaki had never visited China. Upon his arrival in this small county capital in northern Zhejiang， the Japanese talent found the city full of vitality. To his surprise， he saw a great number of new-energy businesses in Changxing， including some well known listed companies. He said he could hardly find such a production powerhouse in Japan. Thanks to Chilwees dedication to the development of advanced lithium batteries and the local governments support， Dr. Tarui Hisaki has been able to focus his attention on the development of new battery products. Despite some cultural differences， he finds it easy to communicate with local people. “The work in Zhejiang has enabled me to gradually understand this country and feel comfortable with this country. I am at home with Chinese culture and society，” says Dr. Tarui Hisaki.

In his eye， people of Zhejiang are impressively hardworking， smart， diligent， and great at solving problems. He has made friends. He plays golf and enjoys mutton， a local delicacy in Huzhou with friends almost every weekend. He loves to travel and sightsee around Zhejiang. The most impressive thing in the past five years he has experienced in Zhejiang is the thriving development and application of digital economy.

“In Zhejiang， a mobile phone makes life easy and convenient. People can do shopping on the mobile， make all kinds of payment on the mobile， and use the phone as a car navigator，” observes Dr. Tarui Hisaki.
