Research on Humanized Design Concept in Industrial Design

[Abstract]：The humanized color in China's modern industrial design has become more and more intense. The fusion of the "people-oriented" concept not only highlights the role of people，but also meets the actual needs of people. But for now，the application of humanization design concepts in industrial design has not achieved satisfactory results. Based on this，this article will discuss the application of humanized design concepts in modern industrial design，hoping to promote the further development of China's industry.

Introduction

For any developing company，the core competitiveness of the company lies in the quality of the company's products，and good enterprise products are derived from the humanized industrial product design. Humanized design incorporates the concept of people into product design，which truly fulfills the purpose of serving industrial products. Therefore，human factors need to be considered in the process of industrial product design，and incorporating humanized concepts into industrial product design is the development of enterprise product design trend.

1. Humanized design concept and the necessity of its application in industrial design

First，humanized design is in line with the trend of economic development and social progress. In the modern economic and social development，the role of humans has gradually become prominent It has received more and more attention because the recognition of the people-oriented development concept has become more and more widespread.

Secondly，humanized design is conducive to product sales. Socio-economic development to now，the seller's market has gradually transformed into a buyer's market. An industrial product can only be recognized by people if it meets the actual needs of people，new products will be accepted by consumers to the greatest extent，and reduce the risk of product development.

Thirdly，ergonomics requires that product design must have human characteristics.The core concept of Ergonomics is the coordinated development of people，machines，and the environment. If you want to adapt the machine to the needs of people，you should adopt a humanized design concept.

2. Application of humanized concept in industrial product design

The dual realization of them is an important sign to enhance people's happiness in life，and it is also the embodiment of humanized design concepts in industrial product design. When industrial product designers follow the concept of humanized design，they need to collect a series of data related to people before product design，and select scientific methods for analysis and judgment，so as to obtain people's preferences.Through the investigation and analysis of people，you can get scientific data and truly understand the only preference from people，thereby realizing the practical value and aesthetic value of industrial products.

2.2 Differentiated design

The humanized design concept also needs to consider the different needs of different groups of people，and truly realizes that industrial products serve everyone. Product design and production need to be tailored to different people and achieve different designs to better meet the needs of different groups of people for industrial products. Each group of people has different consumer psychology. For example，men's choice of industrial products is more focused on practical values，their consumption tends to be rational. But women's choice of industrial products in many cases will be affected by factors such as the appearance of industrial products and brand spokespersons. Consumption tends to be perceptual. Therefore，designers of industrial products need to conduct careful research and adopt a differentiated approach to design according to different consumer groups.

2.3 Emotional Design

In recent years，through the communication bridge of the network，even two people in the northern and southern hemispheres can use the network to achieve communication and connection. The network has shortened the communication distance between people，but it has not close the spiritual distance between people. The humanized design concept is to consider the emotional needs of people and incorporate emotional factors into the design and production of industrial products，and enhancing the competitiveness of industrial products.
