[摘要] 目的 探討網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺對ICU新入職護(hù)士規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的效果。 方法 選擇首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京天壇醫(yī)院(以下簡稱“我院”)2015年8月~2016年8月ICU招聘的50名新入職護(hù)士為對照組,采用常規(guī)培訓(xùn)方法培訓(xùn)。將我院2017年8月ICU招聘的46名新入職護(hù)士設(shè)為干預(yù)組,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)。比較兩組研究對象的臨床護(hù)理能力、專科理論成績、專業(yè)技能成績。 結(jié)果 干預(yù)組研究對象自我評價(jià)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、危重患者監(jiān)護(hù)、教學(xué)與合作、計(jì)劃與評估、溝通交流、專業(yè)發(fā)展及總分得分均高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P < 0.05)。干預(yù)組研究對象同行評價(jià)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、危重患者監(jiān)護(hù)、教學(xué)與合作、計(jì)劃與評估、溝通交流、專業(yè)發(fā)展及總分得分均高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P < 0.05)。干預(yù)組專科理論成績及專業(yè)技能成績均高于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P < 0.05)。 結(jié)論 護(hù)士規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)是培養(yǎng)合格護(hù)士至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié),應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息平臺對ICU新入職護(hù)士進(jìn)行規(guī)范化培訓(xùn),可以提高ICU新入職護(hù)士的培訓(xùn)效果,值得各醫(yī)院進(jìn)行參考和借鑒。

Application effect of nurse standardized training network information platform in ICU new nurses

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of network information platform on standardized training of new nurses in ICU. Methods From 2015 August to 2016 August, 50 new nurses recruited in ICU of Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital") were selected as the control group, and routine training was adopted. In 2017 August, 46 new nurses recruited in ICU of our hospital were set as intervention group, by training through the network information platform. The clinical nursing ability, theoretical achievement and professional skill achievement of the two groups were compared. Results The self-evaluation of leadership, monitoring of critically ill patients, teaching and cooperation, planning and evaluation, communication, professional development and total score of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Peer evaluation of leadership, monitoring of critically ill patients, teaching and cooperation, planning and evaluation, communication, professional development and total score of the intervention group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). The theoretical scores and professional skills of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Standardized training of nurses is a crucial link to train qualified nurses. Applying the network information platform to conduct standardized training of new ICU nurses can improve the training effect of new ICU nurses, which is worthy of reference and reference by all hospitals.

ICU主要收治病情較為嚴(yán)重的患者[1],ICU護(hù)理人員在重癥監(jiān)護(hù)中發(fā)揮著核心作用,承擔(dān)著監(jiān)測、治療、護(hù)理和搶救等任務(wù),因此對其理論知識、專業(yè)技術(shù)和職業(yè)素質(zhì)都提出更高的要求才能滿足危重患者照護(hù)的需要[2-3]。臨床對新護(hù)士的需求普遍高于新護(hù)士入職時(shí)的能力儲備[4-5]。開展新入職護(hù)士培訓(xùn)是培養(yǎng)合格臨床護(hù)士的重要途徑[6-9],對ICU新入職護(hù)士進(jìn)行規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)有利于提高專科護(hù)理人才梯隊(duì)建設(shè)和護(hù)理質(zhì)量[10],最終推動(dòng)專科護(hù)理發(fā)展[2]。然而,目前,我國尚未建立統(tǒng)一的護(hù)士規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)制度,各醫(yī)院的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃、內(nèi)容和目標(biāo)差異較大[9-11]。傳統(tǒng)的護(hù)理培訓(xùn)由于教學(xué)形式單一、管理不靈活,學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間固定等原因,導(dǎo)致護(hù)士學(xué)習(xí)的積極性不高,甚至有部分護(hù)士出現(xiàn)厭倦情緒,影響培訓(xùn)效果[12]。……
