摘要?目的:為深入了解3種藥用甘草相關(guān)研究的全球狀況和前沿動(dòng)態(tài),客觀反映相關(guān)研究國(guó)家、機(jī)構(gòu)和個(gè)人在該研究方面的科學(xué)能力和影響力。方法:選取Web of Science TM核心合集數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,利用Citespace分析軟件,對(duì)1992—2018年3種藥用甘草的研究論文進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量分析。結(jié)果:共檢索文獻(xiàn)2 092篇,對(duì)于3種藥用甘草的研究主要集中在醫(yī)學(xué)和理學(xué)方面,具體學(xué)科為藥理學(xué)/藥劑學(xué)(30.31%)、化學(xué)(24.45%)、生物化學(xué)/分子生物學(xué)(16.16%);以高頻關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行共詞分析,得到3種藥用甘草的研究熱點(diǎn)。結(jié)論:研究分為2個(gè)階段,第一階段(1992—2003)主要是對(duì)甘草根中黃酮類和酚類化合物進(jìn)行研究,第二階段(2004至今)集中在化學(xué)成分的提取分離、主要活性成分的藥理作用與基因的表達(dá)等方面,目前仍處于第二階段。

Research Status and Trends of Three Kinds of Medical Radix Glycyrrhizae Based on Bibliometric Analysis (1992-2018)

Abstract?Objective:In order to deeply understand the global status and cutting-edge dynamics of the research on 3 kinds of medical Radix Glycyrrhizae,and to objectively reflect the scientific capabilities and influence of relevant research countries,institutions and individuals in this research.Methods:Using the Web of Science TM core collection database as the data sources,and Citespace as analysis sofeware.A bibliometric analysis of research papers on 3 kinds of medical Radix Glycyrrhizae from 1992 to 2018 was made.Results:A total of 2092 papers were found.These papers mainly focused on the medical and scientific research,especially pharmacology or pharmaceutics (30.31%),chemistry (24.45%),biochemistry or molecular biology (16.16%).Analysis of keywords with high frequency showed research hotspots in these 3 kinds of Radix Glycyrrhizae.Conclusion:The current research of these 3 kinds of Radix Glycyrrhizae can be divided into 2 phases.The first phase (1992-2003) mainly studied flavonoids and phenolic compounds in licorice root.The second stage (2004-present) focused on the extraction and separation of chemical components,the pharmacological action of major active ingredients and the expression of genes,etc.We are still in the second stage.

甘草作為一種植物膳食補(bǔ)充劑,廣泛應(yīng)用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化妝品等行業(yè)[1-4]。現(xiàn)代藥理研究表明,甘草具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗病毒、解痙、抗癌、抗過(guò)敏、抗?jié)儭⒖固悄虿〉榷喾N活性[5-8]。美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、日本等國(guó)家藥典規(guī)定甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis)、光果甘草(Glycyrrhiza glabra)為其基源植物,我國(guó)藥典增加脹果甘草(Glycyrrhiza inflata)作為其基源植物之一[9]。同時(shí),3種藥用甘草廣泛分布于我國(guó)西北、華北、東北等地區(qū),同時(shí)在哈薩克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦、俄羅斯、意大利、土耳其等中亞和歐洲地區(qū)也有廣泛分布[10-11]。在我國(guó)西北干旱、半干旱的荒漠化地區(qū),甘草由于具有耐寒、耐旱、耐鹽堿、生長(zhǎng)期較長(zhǎng)、地面覆蓋率高等特性,通過(guò)覆蓋土壤表面、分解風(fēng)力,以及阻擋輸沙等途徑起到對(duì)風(fēng)蝕地表的保護(hù)作用,成為我國(guó)進(jìn)行鹽堿地改良和防風(fēng)固沙的重要植物[12-14]。……
