摘要?骨骼肌損傷為臨床常見損傷疾病之一,常給傷者造成較為嚴重的不良后果。近年來諸多實驗及研究已證實生長因子為影響骨骼肌損傷修復的重要因素之一。推拿作為臨床骨骼肌損傷最常用且療效較佳的治療方法之一,在骨骼肌損傷的治療中發揮著極其重要的作用,相關實驗及研究證明推拿治療骨骼肌損傷的作用機理與通過干預相關生長因子有關。

Research Progress on the Effects of Massage on Growth Factors Related to Skeletal Muscle Injury Repair

Abstract?Skeletal muscle injury is one of the common clinical injury diseases and often causes serious adverse consequences to the injured. In recent years,many experiments and studies have confirmed that growth factor is one of the important factors affecting the repair of skeletal muscle injury. Massage,as one of the most commonly used and effective treatment methods for clinical skeletal muscle injury,plays an extremely important role in the treatment of skeletal muscle injury. Related experiments and studies have proved that the mechanism of massage in treating skeletal muscle injury is related to the intervention on the related growth factors.

骨骼肌損傷是臨床常見的創傷性疾病之一,肌肉的反復損傷會加重肌肉纖維化及增加疤痕組織的形成,嚴重影響骨骼肌功能,對傷者日后的運動能力及生命質量均會產生嚴重的負面影響[1]。推拿作為一種綠色健康、無不良反應的治療方法,對骨骼肌的各種損傷均具有顯著療效[2]。在骨骼肌損傷再生修復過程中,衛星細胞的激活和增殖是最關鍵的階段,而此過程中需要大量的生長因子參與其中[3],這些生長因子主要包括[4]:堿性成纖維生長因子(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,bFGF)、胰島素樣生長因子-1(Insulin Like Growth Factor-1,IGF-1)、轉化生長因子-β(Transforming Growth Factor-β,TGF-β)、血管內皮細胞生長因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)等,它們通過影響衛星細胞的激活、增殖以及肌纖維再生等在肌肉損傷修復中發揮重要作用。相關實驗研究已證明[5-6],推拿通過影響衛星細胞、bFGF、IGF-I、TGF-β1及VEGF等生長因子的表達進而促進骨骼肌組織損傷修復。故下文將從推拿在骨骼肌損傷修復中相關生長因子的影響分別作簡要論述。……
