ArcGIS在奎屯市聲環境功能區劃中的應用

摘 要：ArcGIS具有強大的地圖制作能力，與傳統手工繪圖方法相比，具有繪制方式靈活、繪圖質量高和繪圖時間短的特點。在城市聲環境功能區劃工作過程中，涉及大量的圖件繪制。本文將ArcGIS繪圖技術應用于奎屯市聲環境功能區劃工作中，能較好地解決聲環境功能區劃工作中各類圖件清晰度及相互銜接的問題，取得了較為滿意的結果。

Environment Function in Kuitun City

Abstract： ArcGIS has powerful map-making ability. Compared with the traditional manual drawing method， it has the characteristics of flexible drawing， high quality and short time. In the process of functional area of urban acoustic environment， involved a lot of drawings. In this paper， ArcGIS powerful mapping technology had been successfully applied to the work of acoustic environment functional area in Kuitun city， which could solve the problem of clarity and connection of all kinds of raphical plots ， and achieve satisfactory results.

ArcGIS軟件具有強大的地圖制作，空間數據管理，空間分析，空間信息整合、發布與共享的能力，可以解決土地、環境、人口、災害、規劃、建設等領域內一系列重大問題。在生態環境保護領域，ArcGIS技術廣泛應用于植被保護、自然災害預警、制作環境專題圖、自然生態現狀分析、環境影響評價以及環境地理信息管理等工作中[1-5]。其不僅能使生態環境保護工作質量和效率大幅度提升，而且使其規范性和科學性也得到大幅提升，為我國生態環境的快速發展提供了有力技術支撐。

與傳統手工繪圖方法相比，以ArcGIS技術為基礎的繪圖手段具有繪制方式更加靈活、繪圖質量更高及繪圖時間更少的特點。在城市聲環境功能區劃工作過程中，涉及大量的圖件繪制，包括聲環境現狀監測點位圖、道路交通監測點位圖、晝夜間達標情況分布圖和聲環境功能區劃總圖等[6]。筆者將ArcGIS強大的繪圖技術成功應用于奎屯市聲環境功能區劃工作中，利用ArcGIS繪圖技術，能有效表現聲環境功能區劃各階段工作流程的基本特征，使各項工作流程開展更加高效便捷，大幅縮短區劃工作時間，同時能較好地解決各圖色彩失真、清晰度不高及銜接不好的問題，且取得了較為滿意的結果。……
