摘 要:近年來(lái),我國(guó)出臺(tái)了多項(xiàng)關(guān)于分布式電源并入配網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的規(guī)劃,相應(yīng)提升了配電網(wǎng)的供電能力。在配電網(wǎng)供電能力提升過(guò)程中,設(shè)置了關(guān)于電網(wǎng)供電能力評(píng)估體系,通過(guò)評(píng)估方法能有效處理分布式電源的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)。本文基于傳統(tǒng)供電能力評(píng)估,通過(guò)半不變量性及概率潮流算法,建立供電能力概率評(píng)估模型,確保供電能力適應(yīng)性評(píng)估指標(biāo)與最大供電能力評(píng)估指標(biāo)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示,分布式電源隨機(jī)性供電能力評(píng)估對(duì)負(fù)荷高速增長(zhǎng)存在一定影響。

Power Supply Capacity Evaluation Considering the
Randomness of Distributed Generation

Abstract: In recent years, China has issued a number of plans on the integration of distributed power into the distribution network operation, which correspondingly improves the power supply capacity of the distribution network. In the process of improving the power supply capacity of distribution network, an evaluation system of power supply capacity is set up, which can effectively deal with the parameters of distributed power supply through the evaluation method. Based on the traditional power supply capacity evaluation, this paper established the power supply capacity probability evaluation model through the semi invariance and probabilistic power flow algorithm, to ensure the stable operation of the power supply capacity adaptability evaluation index and the maximum power supply capacity evaluation index. The test results show that the random power supply capacity evaluation of distributed generation has a certain impact on the high-speed load growth.

配電網(wǎng)是電力系統(tǒng)的主要負(fù)荷中心。根據(jù)電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)電和輸電的要求,不斷增強(qiáng)電網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,是配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理過(guò)程中需要重視的環(huán)節(jié)。但是,由于配電網(wǎng)的供電能力及網(wǎng)架架構(gòu)薄弱、供電可靠性差及配電網(wǎng)設(shè)備陳舊等,使得配電網(wǎng)在實(shí)際負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè)中容易出現(xiàn)誤差,而且配電網(wǎng)在分布式電源接入后還容易改變系統(tǒng)中潮流方向,增加線路的功率分點(diǎn),且對(duì)繼電保護(hù)裝置的配置和潮流收斂性有一定影響。因此,采用有效的配電網(wǎng)供電能力評(píng)估體系,對(duì)當(dāng)前配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)具有重要意義。
1 分布式電源電網(wǎng)供電應(yīng)用及系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃
