新能源對電網調度管理的影響

摘 要：隨著我國經濟的快速發展，電力供應需求日益增加，給電網調度帶來了較大壓力，給能源勘探和部署帶來了嚴峻挑戰。面對當前能源消耗過大的形勢，新能源開發迫在眉睫。但是，新能源的開發也對電網調度帶來了較大影響。由此，本文闡述以往電網調度管理特點，然后分析新能源發展現狀，最后探討新能源對電網調度管理的影響。

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy， the demand for power supply is increasing day by day， which brings great pressure on power grid dispatching and severe challenges to energy exploration and deployment. Facing the current situation of excessive energy consumption， the development of new energy is imminent. However， the development of new energy also has a great impact on power grid dispatching. Therefore， this paper described the characteristics of power grid dispatching management in the past， then analyzed the current situation of new energy development， and finally discussed the impact of new energy on power grid dispatching management.

電力供給一直是關系生產和生活中諸多領域的基礎性產業，是我國經濟繁榮、穩定發展的基石，其發展好壞直接影響國家經濟整體發展的好壞。當前，我國處在經濟高速發展上升期，對電力需求越來越大。引入新能源之后對電網調度的影響非常明顯。對新能源對電網調度所造成的影響進行分析，找到合理解決問題的策略對改善電力調度效能具有重要的現實意義。

1 以往電網調度管理特點

自《電網調度管理條例》頒布以來，電網調度管理重點就始終圍繞計劃管理展開，包括發電、供電和檢修的計劃管理。同時，要在此基礎上對電網調度中計劃管理涉及的相關合作方做好利益方面的保障工作。電網調度就是對實際生產生活中涉及的電網運作模式、相關電網設備的新舊替換、電網設備的日常維護和檢修、電網運行中的各項指標進行調度管理。

以往的電網調度大多采用計劃管理的形式，運用繼電保護、裝置安置和調度自動化等手段來實現。……
