摘 要:新能源的發(fā)展與推廣對(duì)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境治理具有重要作用。作為主要的新能源之一,風(fēng)電的應(yīng)用極大地減少了化石燃料的消耗,從而有效保護(hù)了大氣環(huán)境。但是,風(fēng)力發(fā)電具有較大的不確定性,既降低了風(fēng)能的利用率,也對(duì)電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生了巨大影響。本文充分考慮風(fēng)能發(fā)電隨機(jī)性高與波動(dòng)性大等特點(diǎn),并根據(jù)這一情況對(duì)新能源電網(wǎng)調(diào)度問題的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究,以期為保障電網(wǎng)平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行及其運(yùn)行效率提供一些有價(jià)值的建議。

Optimal Dispatching of New Energy Power Grid with
Considering of Uncertainty Effect of Wind Power

Abstract: The development and promotion of new energy plays an important role in national economic development and environmental governance. As one of the main new energy sources, the application of wind power greatly reduces the consumption of fossil fuels, thus effectively protecting the atmospheric environment. However, wind power generation has great uncertainty, which not only reduces the utilization rate of wind energy, but also has a huge impact on the smooth operation of the grid system. This paper fully considered the characteristics of wind power generation, such as high randomness and high volatility, and studied the optimization of new energy grid scheduling according to this situation, in order to provide some valuable suggestions for ensuring the smooth operation and operation efficiency of the grid.

社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)各種能源的需求量越來(lái)越大。隨著傳統(tǒng)能源不斷被消耗,傳統(tǒng)能源枯竭問題成為當(dāng)前人類社會(huì)面臨的較為嚴(yán)峻的問題。因此,開發(fā)并利用新型能源便成為當(dāng)前社會(huì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)主流方向。其中,風(fēng)力資源是當(dāng)前開發(fā)應(yīng)用最廣的可再生能源,主要用于替代火力進(jìn)行發(fā)電工作。但是,風(fēng)能發(fā)電的穩(wěn)定性較差,極易受到風(fēng)速變化的影響,從而導(dǎo)致風(fēng)電并入電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的效果較差。為此,筆者對(duì)風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的調(diào)度工作展開較為詳細(xì)的研究,并提出一些有效的電網(wǎng)調(diào)度優(yōu)化建議。
1 研究新能源電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化的意義
新能源電網(wǎng)是現(xiàn)代通信技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)合。與傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)相比,新能源電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行成本更加低廉,運(yùn)行更加穩(wěn)定、安全[1]。分布式可再生能源參與到新能源電網(wǎng)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了新型可再生能源的發(fā)展。……
