高層建筑施工安全管理現(xiàn)狀分析及對(duì)策研究

摘 要：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，大城市的人口量越來(lái)越大，需要建設(shè)的高層建筑也隨之增多。但同時(shí)，建筑安全問(wèn)題已成為建筑領(lǐng)域一個(gè)突出的問(wèn)題，影響建筑行業(yè)的健康、有序發(fā)展。為了保證施工過(guò)程中人員的安全，加強(qiáng)高層建筑施工安全管理尤為必要。基于此，本文首先分析建筑施工安全管理的現(xiàn)狀，然后針對(duì)相關(guān)問(wèn)題，提出高層建筑施工安全管理對(duì)策，以期為各企業(yè)高層建筑施工安全管理提供參考。

Construction Safety Management of High-rise Building

Abstract： With the rapid development of China's economy and society， the population of large cities is growing， and the number of high-rise buildings to be built is also increasing. But at the same time， the construction safety problem has become a prominent problem in the construction field， which affects the healthy and orderly development of the construction industry. In order to ensure the safety of personnel in the construction process， it is particularly necessary to strengthen the construction safety management of high-rise buildings. Based on this， this paper first analyzed the current situation of the construction safety management， and then put forward the countermeasures for the construction safety management of high-rise buildings， in order to provide a reference for the construction safety management of high-rise buildings.

隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展，我國(guó)需要建設(shè)的高層建筑逐漸增多。不斷增多的高層建筑，也使得高層建筑施工安全管理存在的問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多。在進(jìn)行施工建設(shè)時(shí)，人員安全是首先需要考慮的最重要的一個(gè)因素。這里的人員安全既包括工人的安全，也包括其他人的安全。工人的安全主要是指在施工時(shí)防止意外出現(xiàn)，保證工作人員的生命安全。一旦施工時(shí)人員出現(xiàn)意外，不僅會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響工程進(jìn)度，還會(huì)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。而其他人的安全是指建筑施工和建筑質(zhì)量對(duì)周邊人員和住戶安全的影響。為了保證施工過(guò)程中人員的安全，本文主要探討高層建筑施工安全管理。

1 建筑施工安全管理現(xiàn)狀

1.1 施工機(jī)械設(shè)備和建筑材料質(zhì)量不達(dá)標(biāo)

當(dāng)前，施工機(jī)械設(shè)備和建筑材料不達(dá)標(biāo)是一個(gè)非常重要的問(wèn)題。出現(xiàn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題的主要原因有以下兩個(gè)。……
