摘 要:本文以沈陽(yáng)市各高校大學(xué)生為調(diào)研對(duì)象,針對(duì)順豐速運(yùn)、四通一達(dá)、新快遞三大類快遞企業(yè),運(yùn)用多項(xiàng)Logit模型分析大學(xué)生對(duì)校園快遞服務(wù)的選擇偏好。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),大學(xué)生對(duì)快遞品牌和快遞費(fèi)用較為敏感,而對(duì)快遞送達(dá)時(shí)間較不敏感。因此,快遞企業(yè)要準(zhǔn)確把握消費(fèi)者快遞服務(wù)選擇偏好,更快地發(fā)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,迎合消費(fèi)者需求。

Research Choice of Express Delivery Enterprises Based
on Multinomial Logit Model

Abstract: This paper took college students in Shenyang as the research object, and used multiple Logit models to analyze the preferences of college students on campus express services for three types of express delivery companies, namely SF Express, Sitongyida(Shentong Express, Yuantong Express, Zhongtong Express, Best Huitong, Yunda Express) and New Express. The study finds that college students are more sensitive to express brands and delivery costs, but less sensitive to express delivery times. Therefore, courier companies must accurately grasp consumer preferences for express delivery services, find market opportunities faster, and meet consumer demand.

隨著電子商務(wù)的普及,我國(guó)快遞行業(yè)得到了迅猛發(fā)展。相較于國(guó)際快遞企業(yè)和EMS,民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要避開(kāi)不利因素,充分利用自身有利條件。研究消費(fèi)者快遞選擇行為時(shí),人們可以使用DCM(Discrete Choice Model,離散選擇模型),通過(guò)消費(fèi)者選擇快遞品牌時(shí)的不同影響因素,計(jì)算各個(gè)影響因素對(duì)選擇結(jié)果的概率影響,由此分析出其選擇行為。基于社會(huì)角色理論,Christian[1]分析了不同社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)對(duì)個(gè)體出行方式的效用大小,從而得到出行者的方式選擇行為和影響選擇的動(dòng)機(jī)因素;Loo[2]等通過(guò)建立多項(xiàng)Logit模型分析新能源汽車代替公共小巴的政策對(duì)香港交通的影響程度,預(yù)測(cè)得到新能源汽車的分擔(dān)比情況和計(jì)算價(jià)格的彈性變化;林雨平等人[3]應(yīng)用多元Logit模型建立大學(xué)生返程交通方式選擇行為模型并分析各因素的影響程度;盧若艷等人[4]運(yùn)用Mixed Logit模型發(fā)現(xiàn)所有的工作屬性都存在偏好的異質(zhì)性;鄭英[5]采用Logit模型,探討了影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)方式選擇的因素?!?br>
